The corners of Rachel Grey’s mouth curled up slightly. It seemed charming, yet dangerous. “Even if I’m not acknowledged, I am at the very least capable. What else can you do other than curry favor with Louis Smith by making use of your status as a daughter of the Cruise family? Even though I don’t want to waste my time on you, I’ll remind you kindly that you won’t be able to reach my current height in your life! You don’t even have the right to be my enemy!”

Olivia quickly reacted and took out her phone to take a photo of Rachel bending down. and getting into the car. She also took a photo of the license plate number of the car. 

Then, she made a series of calls. “Help me check the information of the car owner in the photo. The sooner the better!” 

If Rachel’s sugar daddy found out she was just a disposable the Smith family had thrown away… Olivia could not wait to see how the arrogant Rachel would end up. 

After waiting for a moment, her informant said, “This car is registered under the name of the Lucky Entertainment Center. There’s only recent rental information.” 

The word had caught Olivia’s attention. “Rental?”

After Olivia hung up the phone, a sarcastic smile appeared on her face.

Rachel did not think too much about it. “Drop me off at the entrance of Johnson Corporation later. 

Feeling impatient, David frowned. “Are the elite teams at Johnson Corporation just for show?” 

“Huh?” Rachel looked at him in confusion. 

“Will the company go bankrupt without you?” 

Rachel asked, “…What are you trying to say?” 

“A “qualified” girlfriend should set aside a reasonable amount of time to accompany her boyfriend outside of work. In other words, we should go on dates.” 

“That doesn’t sound like you at all.” 

“It can’t be helped. My girlfriend is too charming.” David looked at her. Affection seemed to ooze out of his black eyes. No one would not be able to resist it. 

Rachel took a deep breath and controlled her impulse. “But I have a meeting this afternoon.” 

“But I will miss you dearly,” David said. “Aren’t you tired? From running through my mind all day? I suggest you accompany me this afternoon to comfort me and my longing for you.” 

Rachel’s heart skipped a beat. 

It was unbelievable that David would say such corny words of love. 

“Rae–Rae, don’t you miss me?” She could hear the reluctance in his low and masculine voice. It was his natural voice and was pleasant to listen to. 

Rachel’s eyelashes fluttered slightly. Looking at the man’s handsome face, her heart raced uncontrollably.
