“You don’t know yet?!” Mary looked at Rachel in disbelief. 

She was here to take the things she had left in Rachel’s office last night. Unexpectedly, she saw a post about Rachel on the Internet on the way. 

She then sped up and hurried over. To her surprise, Rachel knew nothing about it. 

Mary couldn’t help cursing herself for being too anxious. 

Rachel took a sip of coffee and said casually, “Your things are on the sofa.” As she spoke, she calmly opened the web page on her computer. 

It was a post about the Smith family’s anniversary celebration. In the comments section, someone anonymously posted a link that was pinned. 

As soon as Rachel clicked on the link, she saw another post. 

“Shocking news! Erotic photos of the fiancée of Smith Group’s CEO!” 

Not much was said in the post, but Rachel immediately saw the photos of herself with almost nothing on. 

Rachel’s face turned pale and her pupils contracted. 

No one knew the origin of these photos better than she did. 

They were taken after she was kidnapped. 

Rachel still remembered what had happened that day. Louis asked her out for dinner after work. He also said that he would take her to pick out the wedding dress after dinner. 

However, after waiting for a long time, Louis did not come to pick her up. Just as she was about to leave, a bunch of people suddenly appeared from behind. 

Despite her desperate struggle, someone injected an unknown liquid into her neck, causing her to black out immediately. 

When Rachel woke up in a daze, she saw a few masked people aiming cameras at her while putting her in all kinds of sexy poses. 

She fought to the death with those people but failed to stop them from taking photos. 

However, she clearly remembered that she had destroyed all the cameras. So, where did the poster get the photos? 

The post distorted the truth. It said that Rachel had voluntarily taken these photos to get paid, and she had deliberately hidden her disgraceful profession and fabricated her identity and educational background in order to marry into the Smith family. 

Rachel grabbed the mouse so tight that her knuckles turned pale. She couldn’t help but tremble all over. 

She took a deep breath to calm herself down before opening the comments section. 

“Yesterday, she kept saying that Mr. Smith betrayed her, but it turns out that she’s a bitch!” 

“Heavens, I didn’t expect such a cold beauty to be a whore!” 

“I feel so sorry for Mr. Smith. How hapless to be pestered by such a woman!” 

Seeing Rachel’s pale face, Mary said with a frown, “Rachel, are these photos real? What the hell happened?!” 

She wasn’t doubting Rachel’s moral character. She was just worried about her. Under what circumstances would Rachel take such photos? 

Rachel took a deep breath and struggled to sound calm. “I was kidnapped a month before my wedding with Louis.” 

Mary’s eyes widened in shock. 

After a long while, she cursed, “Damn it! What the hell is going on? It was something big. Why have you never mentioned it to me?!” 

Rachel briefly explained in a calm tone how she was kidnapped that night. 

However, the more she acted like she didn’t care, the more Mary’s heart ached for this forbearing, strong woman in front of her. 

Even though Rachel was independent and strong, she was a woman. 

She also needed to be protected, doted on, and taken care of. 

Mary managed to hold back her tears. She sniffed and said, gritting her 

teeth, “I’ll call someone to look into it now. I swear I’ll find that bastard 

and cut him into pieces!” 

“I know who did it.” Rachel said.
