"I can't wait to see his face!" Chloe exclaimed.

I nodded and we headed out of his room.

It's nine at night and everyone was talking amongst themselves.

Liam sent me a nervous look. I smirked at him and he quickly looked away.

"I'm going to go guys," he said walking up the stairs.

"Okay," Josh said. Once he was out of earshot he asked, "hey is it just me or is Liam acting a bit weird today?"

"Yea I wonder what's wrong with him..." Said Luke.

Chloe and I shared a look. Wait for it...

A piercing scream echoed around the house. We all rushed upstairs to see Liam staring,horrified, at the floor.

"Dude what's wrong?" Austin asked.

Unable to hold it back anymore Chloe and I burst out laughing.

Realizing what we did, the others laughed while Liam looked at us, confused.

"Y..your...f..face...was..p..priceless!" Chloe said between laughter.

Realization hit him in the face.

"YOU!" he yelled pointing at us. "You did this!"

"Well...you did wake me up this morning by dumping a bucketful of ICE water on me."

"I was just trying to ask you if you want to hang out!" He said exasperated.

"Mine!"

Strong arms engulfed me and I was pulled flushed against Austin's chest.

"Um..."

"Mine!"

"Dude! I don't like her like that!" Liam said holding up his hands.

"You better..."

"Ok as much as we love to see this awesome show we're gonna go to bed," said Josh while tugging Chloe and Luke out the door but not before sticking his head in and yelled, "Bye!"

"Come on,mate" Austin said tugging me towards the door.

We left Liam in his room, walking down the hallway to our room.

I laid on the bed while Austin went to take a shower.

The door opened and Austin walked out with nothing but a towel on.

"OH MY GOD PUT SOMETHING ON!"

He smirked, " Enjoying the view?"

"Nope I've seen better."

He growled and stomped towards the closet.

Wow ok... I sighed and closed my eyes. I heard shuffling and I peeked one eye open.

"You know you can sleep on the bed if you want."

He immediately perked up," Really?"

I nodded and he immediately came over and plopped down.

"Mate?"

"Yea?"

"Do you want to meet the pack tomorrow?"

"Sure!"

Austin was standing with Josh and Luke. He's wearing a black t-shirt which defined his eight pack and a regular pair of jeans.

Hot Snow purred.

We met each others' eyes and smiled. He walked over and looped his arms around my waist.

"You look beautiful,mate."

I blushed, "Thanks."

"You're beautiful when you blush."

If my face wasn't red before it's probably crimson red now. Luckily, no one noticed since they're too busy talking amongst themselves.

Apparently,we're having a barbecue or party. The delicious aroma wafted through the air. A middle age woman came up to me and grasped my hands.

"It's so good to finally meet you!" she said smiling.

I smiled back, "You too Ms..."

"Oh! Stop with the formalities! Call me Elise."

"It's great to meet you Elise!"

"So... you're my son's mate."

"Wait, you're Austin's..."

She chuckled and waved me off. "Yea yea, we don't have any features in common so it's hard to tell ... yada yada yada."

We talked for a few minutes before Chloe dragged me over to meet her other friend.

"This is Jerome, he's the only other 'guy' friend Austin allows me to have," she says making air quotes around the word guy.

"Hi nice to meet you."

"My pleasure," he said smiling warmly at me.

"Lets go get food!" Claire said already dragging me towards the table packed with food.
