Third Person POV
Alice growled and cried in agony, her screams filling the silent air. Blood starts trickling down from her red eye. A dark mark starts unwinding around her red eye, curling and expanding till it take over half of her face.
Her body moved beyond her control, ramming into the wall and breaking the machines in the room. The creatures in the room didn't expect this reaction at all and took a weary step back as Alice moved near them.
"You will pay for what you did to me," she growled, but this isn't her wolf, it's a much deeper voice like she's possessed.
One of the scaled creature pulled out a gun and pointed it at the girl. She pulled the trigger but the silver bullets have no effect on her. It made her worse.
She turned to her and narrowed her eyes at her. The creature took a step forward.
"You dare challenge me?"
In a flash, she appeared in front of the creature and tore her head off. Blood splattered all over the walls.
The other creatures in the room started shooting silver bullets at Alice. That just made her angrier. In a few seconds, they all lay on the floor, decapitated.
Alice's POV
I stood there, covered in blood and all the creatures lying on the floor...headless. What the fuck just happened?
Nyx? You there? I asked
No answer. I frowned and looked over at Sky. Her handcuffs are off.
I picked her up and ran out of the room. Checking to see if the coast was clear, which was, I ran out of the building. I wonder where the rest of those despicable creatures went. There should be a few walking around the perimeter.
Turns out there weren't any of them near the building.
With Sky behind my back, I ran towards the Nightshade Pack's territory. I have no idea which direction it is, instinct I guess.
A few hours later, I arrived at the border. I howled to signal my arrival. Not a minute later, the border patrol arrived, including the beta.
He shifted back to human form and asked, " Why are you here rouge?"
"I found your luna."
His eyes widened with hope and once he glance behind my back, he smiled.
"Nathaniel, take Sky and..."
"Alice."
"Alice to the pack house, Alpha will be waiting for you there."
The dark brown wolf, Nathaniel, nodded and laid down for the beta to lift Sky onto his back. He took a step and looked back at me.
I followed him through the forest, while the other wolves flanked us.
It wasn't until a few minutes we arrived at the pack house and damn was it big. I swear they're fucking billionaires.
The black hair dude pacing near the door who I suspect is the Alpha looked up just as we appeared.
He was by Sky's side in an instant, crushing her body to his. Damn, I'm surprised he didn't break her bones, judging by how hard he's holding her. He stuffed his nose in her hair and inhaled deeply.
"Oh my god, I thought I lost you." He said, his voice wobbling a little.
A scent of fresh evergreen and a hint of mint wafted through the air. I inhaled. Mm...
I looked around until I met with a pair of coal black eyes staring right back at me.
Still Alice's POV
I stopped and stared. Goddamn...
He was tall, around 6 feet and have white hair. Literally white hair, I'm not joking. His eyes are as black as the night. He was wearing jeans and... no shirt.
Concentrate Alice
I blinked. He smirked and walked over.
"Well hello, I'm Vincent, who may I owe my presence to?"
Gee his voice...
"I'm Alice," I said nervously. Come on you can't blame me. If you're in the presence of a god you'll be nervous too.
"Nice to meet you, Alice," he said stepping closer.
"Would you back the fuck up please, there's something called personal space."
He smirked, "What if I don't want to?"
"Hey! You love birds go get some rest, we have a long day of training tomorrow! You too, Vincent. I don't care if you're the ol' so famous hunter get your ass to bed," yelled Josh from the living room.
