I groan from Josh who was beside me got my attention.

"Hey you okay?"

"I feel achy all over, and my gums hurt like hell."

"You should go to the pack doctor."

"No, I'll get over it. Muscles are probably still sore from yesterday."

I nodded and we continued back to training.

later that night

I woke up to the sound of screaming downstairs. I ran down the hallway with Austin and the gang in tow.

We came to a stop in front of Josh's room.

"What's happening?" Luke asked eyes wide.

We burst through the door to find Josh kneeling on the ground, head bent to the ground.

"Josh?" Liam asked, taking a step closer.

"Don't come an closer," he growled out.

Ignoring him, Liam stepped closer. Josh growled louder, his eyes red as he glared at him.

We gasped. We watched as Josh ran towards the window and jumped out, breaking the glass in the process.

We followed him out as he headed towards the forest. He collapsed onto the ground and howled in pain as his bones broke and reshaped. His skin started glowing red as red scales appeared, replacing his skin.

A red long tail grew out as his neck elongated, his fingers turned into sharp curved claws, and a pair of wings burst from his back. His face contorted and grew as sharp teeth replaced his human teeth and two long horns grew from the back of his head.

As the process stopped, he shook himself out and roared out. We stared at him, not daring to move.

Liam being the mouse brain he is started screaming and ran behind Austin, saying how we're going to be eaten alive.

I facepalmed as Josh, or the dragon turned its long neck around and stared at us.

He dipped his head at Austin, 'Alpha"

"Josh? "

"My name is Drake, Alpha."

"Who are you?"

"Brother to Scarlet."

"Wait, Scarlet? As in Sky?"

He nodded his huge spiky head.

"What? That's not possible, I don't have a brother," I said.

"Josh can explain," he said as his eyes turn back to their normal color.

His tail, wings, and scales retreated back as human skin replaced them. In it's place stood a naked Josh.

"You're my brother?" I asked, unsure.

"Why don't we take this inside."

We headed back into the pack house and sat down in the living room.

We walked out into the forest, with Mom walking ahead of us.

She went to a hollow log near the road and placed her inside.

"Wait, Mom what are you doing? You can't just leaver her there!"

"This is for her own safety, son. She will shift on her fifth birthday, she'll blend in with the humans."

"What?! No! We can't just leave her! She's my sister!"

I tried running to her but Father pressed a spot on my neck, making me pass out.

"I remember waking up in the forest, Mom and Dad were no where to be found."

I watched the emotions on SKy's face. Anger, Pain, and Sadness.

Without a word, she ran upstairs. I sighed, looking at the floor.

From the beginning, I knew she looked familiar but I thought that fate would be too kind if the girl in the prison that day was my sister.

Austin's mom found me, wandering the forest when I was six. She took me into the pack. The beta and his mate adopted me after since they couldn't have children.

I don't know why I'm a wolf while Sky is a fox. It doesn't explain the whole dragon thing either.

Austin went up after Sky to check up on her shortly after she ran upstairs.

"Wow... who would've thought..." Luke said shaking his head.

"Aw, man it's okay, she'll come around. I'll give you a big bear hug for now." Liam said walking over and squeezed the daylights out of me.

The others came over and joined in on the hug.
