She took the phone from Wil, who sat down at the table with her and Liam. “Where is Calvin?” she asked him, seeing as he’d not walked in here to the restaurant with Wil.
“Check that for yourself. I told Calvin to go take a walk around the block. That is currently what he’s doing. So, you’ll be able to see it.” Wil stated, “There are no locks on that phone, and the app is live and up and running.” He leaned across the table and showed her how to use it. It wasn’t that hard.
She could see two icons, and saw Calvin and Wil’s faces appear on that app. She raised an eyebrow at him, and touched his own face. “Ah, I thought it would be more fun to track me. Calvin spends a lot of time in the office when home. I move about more often than he does at times,” he chuckled and waved her concerns off. “Fun for the boys, I also run every morning before going to work a couple of miles.” He smiled at her. “You and they can track both me and Calvin. I also normally go with him when he’s flying about the country, only don’t attend gaming expos. All other business meetings I’m usually where he is. So, if he’s off somewhere and I’m not with him, you could call and ask me where he is, I suppose.”
She shook her head, she could see that Calvin did appear to be moving along, walking around the block.
“You and Calvin can also now both see where this phone is?” Liam asked.
“Yes, we both had to download and activate the app, agree to be friends or family. Both phone owners have to agree to this, otherwise it doesn’t work. On Calvin’s phone it comes up as a picture of the twins. He snapped it from that photo you gave me today. It’s also on his phone under Cal & Vin. I see just the letter MR for Marilyn Riddley. We both also have the phone number attached to this phone, and I’ve put in both Calvin and my numbers on this phone as well.”
“Why?” Marilyn frowned at him now.
“In case something happens to you, or the boys need to contact one of us… an emergency situation, so to speak.” Wil informed her.
“Right!” she nodded.
“Calvin does have a question for you, if I may ask?” Wil looked right at her and she nodded. “Could you put Calvin down as the boy’s guardian in your will?”
“Why is he planning to get rid of me?” she asked right back.
“No,” Wil frowned at her right away. “He is their father is all, and we all know Lisa is your N.O.K. She doesn’t much like Calvin, he doesn’t know if she’d call him if something happened to you… Who is their legal guardian if you don’t mind my asking?” Wil asked her.
“They don’t actually have one. My attorney is to sort something out. Both boys do have trust funds and everything I own goes to them,” she told him.
“Wards of the state you mean?” Wil frowned now. “Please change that. Marrin was an orphan, and had terrible experiences in foster care.” He sighed heavily. “That’s where your claustrophobia comes from,” he told
her.
“I’m certain Lisa would take them in,” Liam stated. “She does think of the boys as her nephews. From my

Marilyn smiled at Liam. That was something she liked hearing but didn’t know about at the same time. Problem solved,” she stated.
and the dorin
“It’s not, actually,” Wil sighed. “Calvin is their biological father and would like you to register him as such, either on their birth certificate or in your will. He’s expressed that he doesn’t want to go to court about it, and would prefer we work it out amicably, either over the next few weeks, or in person when the restraining order is finished and gone.”
She looked at him for a long minute and then nodded slowly. “If he can abide by the rules and stay away until the restraining order is over… I’ll have him added to their birth certificate, and as their legal guardian in my will, until then.” She shook her head no.
“I’ll accept that and let him know.” Wil smiled at her. “Liam, will you draw that up in writing please.”
“I will, and the new contract regarding today’s meeting, you and I should sit down and nut that out, get it all done before we all leave and return to our respective states. Have Calvin sign it before he leaves himself.”
“Agreed.” Marilyn nodded.
“I’ll make sure to add in about him using other people to do things for him as well,” Liam murmured. “No loopholes for him to exploit this time.”
“I’ll be returning to my home. Liam, I’ll sign it electronically,” She stated, “If he turns this phone off.” She indicated to the app, “I’ll take it as a breach of the contract.”
“Phones run out of battery.” Wil frowned at her. “How about if it is seen to be not connected to the more than, say, 30 minutes?”

“Calvin is also a man that travels on his jet quite often, so he’s agreed to share his schedule with you, if he had to leave the state for business. He’ll send a text through with the details, so you know where he is going, and can keep track of him. At times, his plane will likely fly overhead when going to Boston or New York.”
She saw Calvin appear on the app/in the same location as the phone before her and, just two minutes later
een open the entire time, he walked into the room where the three of them were sitting. The she’d been able to track him as he’d walked around the block.
Both her bodyguards stood up when he entered the room and she saw him notice it and frown, but say nothing as he walked across the room to where they were sitting. She closed the phone and looked at him. “I don’t want you texting or calling this number unless it’s for your scheduling purposes.” She told him. “I will,
