“There’s too much to explain. When you finally get it, it’ll be morning. You won’t be able to sleep tonight,” said Charlie, still refusing to change his mind.

The coffee table and low table were knocked down, and the delicate goblets were shattered into small pieces. Pools of liquid and marks were scattered throughout the floor, making the carpet unclean.

The only piece of furniture that remained in its original spot was the couch. 

At this time, the drunken Wilson was lying on it, clutching a bottle of vodka. He gulped it down eagerly, his face red. 

He appeared very unkempt, unlike his usual well–groomed, refined look. His jacket was wrinkled and open haphazardly. His shirt still had signs of alcohol and vomit on it. His hair was untidy, covering half of his eyebrows and angry eyes. He reeked of alcohol, and his appearance was so scruffy that he appeared almost homeless. 

He cursed, “Damn it! Gregory, you’re nothing but a lowly lackey! How dare you disrespect me? Wait and see! I’ll kill you, I promise!” 

He grew angrier with every curse. He quickly seized a bottle of wine and hurled it forward. It smashed against the wall, exploding with a loud bang 

Glass pieces were scattered around and the wine created a large mark on the wall. The entire room appeared more unclean and disordered. 

At that moment, the door was suddenly pushed open. 

The nightclub’s front–of–house manager entered, covering his nose. His face showed anger when he observed the mess in the private room. 

Although this room was usually for Wilson only, it was still the property of the nightclub. Everything inside, the sofa, TV, and all furnishings, was pricey. Even the carpet was handmade and custom–made. The decoration was far from cheap. 

With Wilson’s status, the compensation was not a big deal, so the manager didn’t say anything, but he was still annoyed that Wilson had created such a disorderly mess in his opulent private room. 

It would require the staff significant time and effort to tidy up the chaos. 

Looking at Wilson, who was drunk on the couch, the manager forced a smile and asked, “Mr. Duarte, are you all right?” 

Very drunk and confused, Wilson managed to open his eyes, glanced at the manager, and asked aggressively. “Who are you? What’s your problem? Go away!” 

There was a flash of anger in the manager’s eyes. He composed himself and said politely. “Mr. Duarte, your consumption tonight has reached its limit. According to the rules here, you’ll need to pay the bill now before ordering any further!”
