She enjoyed feeding the puppy much. 

The little dog was very gentle and not scared of her. When she gave it food, it licked her fingertips with its soft, small tongue, as if it were flattering her or showing gratitude. 

She looked closer and saw that some of his teeth were not grown. 

She felt more compassion for him. 

She decided to call the property managers and have them take the dog after she finished feeding it. Finding a responsible owner for it to prevent it from wandering would be best.
