Jason had forced Corey into prison, causing his illness to worsen. Now that Corey was dead, even if Jason didn’t do it, he was partly responsible. 

Jason panicked at that moment. However, he was too calm and restrained. Other than the bulging veins on his hand, he did not reveal his chaotic emotions. 

After his head stopped spinning, Jason said in a low voice, “Why didn’t you send him to the hospital when he had a relapse? How could he have died in prison?”
