The Contract novel Chapter 2

"Yes. Yes. Yes. The business meeting will be held in two weeks. No Tonya, I will be there. Thank you. See you soon!" Ryan said while hanging up the phone. I watched him pinch the bridge of his nose while sighing, "This is getting really stressful! I'm sick of these damn business meetings and business calls!"

I stood there against the wall in my pea coat and black pumps watching everything go down. I barely speak to the tall and handsome man who sat behind the desk. I just do what I have to do and get out. To be quite honest, I'm actually afraid to speak to Ryan. He's known as being strict and mean. He straight forward, outspoken and overall an asshole.

"Come here." He demanded. I walked over to him slowly. He grabs my arms and pulls me into his lap then he leans forward and starts pecking my neck leaving love bites. "Are you gonna make me feel better?" He asked.

He stands up while holding me in his arms and carries me across his office and pushes me against the wall. I wrap my legs around his torso while he gently bites on my neck. He places his hand inside of my pants which causes me to gasp. He worked his fingers over me the whole time and I knew pretty soon, my climax would take over. Suddenly, he stopped and stared at me. He dropped his pants and took off my jackets and pants.

"Don't run. I called you here for a reason. You’re mine.” He said.

"Is he that bomb?" My friend of three years asked as we sat at Starbucks drinking coffee. I rolled my eyes as she smirked from behind the laptop that she typed away on.

"Kasey," I said while sighing. "Do we really need to talk about this right now?"

"Duh Kendall! As fine as Mr. August is, I want all details." She said.

"Your exaggerating. He's not even all of that." I said.

"You're such a liar because you know damn well that man is one of the most sexiest men in America and he's also known as one of the most richest men in America."

I rolled my eyes because well....

She was right.

Ryan August was an American businessman. He owned August Corporation and many more things. He had always been in the spotlight due to him being the only child of Dean and Dove August. From the beginning, he always had this mean look on his face and the only time he didn't wear his signature scowl is when he was smirking at a female who graced his presence. He immediately became a womanizer when he reached the age of 18. However, the future of August Corporation was at stake due to his parents not agreeing with his behavior. Ryan had gotten involved with a bad crowd and soon became the head of a mafia. He never killed anyone - but he most definitely had people to do it for him.
