Monique's steps were quick, she felt so much pain because of what the young man had done to her. She went back to the counter and ordered a drink, she had nothing else now but to get drunk. She was right to drink her order when suddenly someone snatched it.

"What! That's mine, you can order yours." she shouted and grabbed the glass.

"Go home now Monique, it's too late," Cain insisted

"Leave me alone, I can manage to go home."

"Don't be stubborn, go home now." he said and quickly pulled her out of the bar.

"Let me go!"

"Come home, don't make any scene here."

"Am I? I've already left your table right? I'm not getting myself into trouble now, so leave me alone!"

"And what do you think you did there? Isn't that a scene?" 

The girl laughed heartily. "So it's my fault. You want me to just let that woman say those trashful words, is that so?"

"She can't say that to you if you didn't come in our table. She is only asking but what did you do? You were the first to say bad things to her. Grow up Monique!" Cain shouted

Tears welled up in her eyes because of what Cain had said. She could not answer what the man said because she felt something stuck in her throat.

"Go home now and rest," he said gently and turned away.

But before he could turn back and walk away Monique suddenly hugged him. "C-cain, are you still angry at me?"

The young man sighed and pulled away from the girl's embrace. "What do you think? I'm avoiding you Monique, I'm doing everything to avoid you, because every time I see you all the pain comes back to me because of all the things you did."

"W-we can fix this r-right? I know what I did was wrong, but I can still change."

"I don't know, because now I don't know if I can still trust you. You choose what situation we have, you ruined us. And I don't know if I can trust you, because every time I see you I always remember how you betrayed us, how you betrayed me." Cains seriously said

Monique almost cried but she didn't care, she needed to talk to Cain now.
