Unwanted Wife novel Chapter 78

Jewel POV

We just got home, I helped my husband in bringing what we bought. I put some of the bags down in our living room first because I felt tired.

Afterwards my husband approached me and held out his hand which I wondered about. "Why?" I asked him and stood up as I lent my hand to him.

"It’s just..." that was his only answer and then he covered my eyes.

"Hey Thunder what is this again?" I asked and he just laughed.

He helps me walk to where I don’t know. "Take it easy," he said.

"Don’t you dare scare me Thunder."

"Easy hon." he replied.

I just let him do whatever he planned and I just followed everything he said. Soon we stopped, I still don't know where we are in that part of the house because I still don't see anything.

After a few seconds he slowly removed his hands that covered me. When I opened my eyes I couldn’t help but gasp at being exposed to me.

I turned to him who was just smiling at me. "H-how?" I exclaimed.

"While you were at the mall, I prepared this, it came to my mind because I should just do it here at home so that there won't be any hassle because you're also from the mall. You like it?" He ask.

"I love it!" I answered aloud.

"So shall we have our dinner?" he said and handed me the rose he was holding first.

I couldn't help myself and I quickly hugged him and that's when I started to cry. I know that Thunder and I often go out, it's just the two of us, but this is the first time he's done this.

"Hey what's wrong? Did I make you cry?" he asked as I let go of his hug.

I shook quickly. "I'm just really happy." smiling, I replied.

He led me to the chair and made me sit down. There is also food prepared on the table that looks really prepared.

We have already started eating, the foods served seem to be in order. Almost all of my favorites are here. I just don't know who Thunder helped or contacted for this thing even though he's in the office.

After we ate he stood up and approached me. "Can I have this dance to my beautiful wife?" he said.

I held out my hand and stood up. And because the music is so romantic we accompany it with dancing.

"Thank you for this night hon." I said softly as we both danced.

"You don't need to say thank you, I will do everything for you and our son." he replied.
