"You jerk; don't you see where you are going? Are you blind or something?" I said in anger.
"I said I'm sorry." He tried again.
"Ah Mr. Rich brat is saying sorry! The other day I said sorry too but you insulted me. You said a lot of things on my kind of girl. What about that?" I asked him.
From the corner of my eyes I could see a people gathering. Great! Can't those people mind their own business? Curious people!
I argued and argued. I was mad because of the other day and now today. I could feel my butt burning. Great I have a bruise now.
"I'm sorry." He said again.
My butt was burning too much. I have to get home now.
"It's ok." I told him with an angry look.
He did not even ask me if I was okay but he just went off running into the other direction. Jerk!
I'm so angry right now. I had to get home early and put ice on that bruise. Why do every time I have to meet him? He is such an arrogant and annoying man. I wonder how his family lives with him!
After icing the bruise, I headed to the bathroom and took a shower. I came out fifteen minutes later and dried my hair and left it open. I did a natural make-up and put on a summer dress with colourful flowers on it. It was cream in colour and it stopped at mid thigh and had a low back and there were two ribbons which had to be tied together. Overall it was beautiful.
I had to go to the mall to buy some dresses and shoes. Not that I needed to go somewhere I just like to do shopping, its one of my hobbies. I also needed to go to the parlour after. I went to the first shop and nothing looked fascinating. I went in other shops too but nothing interesting!
After visiting several shops I came in front of a shop where they sell almost everything; dress, shoes, accessories. I went in and I found the perfect dress. The moment I set my eyes on it I knew that it would suit me. It was a red dress which stopped at mid-thigh and it had a low back and there were diamonds on the dress everywhere.
I took it and went in the dressing room to change. OMG it was perfect. It fitted me well and all my curves were showing. It was indeed sexy. I loved it. I took it off and had it packed. I looked at some of the shoes and three of them fascinated me. There was one all black with average heels, one which was gold and had small diamonds on it and the last one was pink with a black straps. I pay for them at the cashier and went in the cafeteria to buy coffee.
I took my time in the cafeteria and had my dinner as well. I kept all my bags in my car and went back in to buy a ticket for a movie. It was already 8 p.m. when the movie started. It was a romantic movie and in the hall I could see only couples and they weren't even watching the movie, they were just making out. After hours the movie was still going on and I couldn't concentrate on it as I said there were couples every where. They were so distracting!
I left the hall and went back home as I had work tomorrow. I did not even bother changing as I was very tired. As soon as my head hit the pillow I fell asleep.
One day this alarm will be the death of me. I lazily got up and turned it off. I did all my chores before going for my run.
Arriving back from my run, I took a quick shower because I was running late. I tied my hair in a bun and put on a black dress with a white thin belt in the middle. I put on neutral make-up and a pair of white heels. I took my keys from the table and went to my car.
When I arrived at the office, I saw that everyone was upset. I went directly to the receptionist who is also my friend Jordan; the one who always made me go on dates.
"Hi Jordan." I said when I approached her desk. She lifted her head and replied hi with a sad voice. I could not stop myself from asking her what was wrong. She looked at me and sighed.
"Mia, there is a bad news." She said. Now it was my turn to frown.
"Oh well tell me." I said not knowing what to say in this situation.
"As you know about that deal we lost month ago, well the company made a huge loss and in order to save the company I ... I ... I sold the company to someone else.
My eyes widened at this new information. The first thing that came to my mind was my job! What would happen to me, to us?
Then Gabriel smiled.
"Okay is it a joke?" I asked him.
"You must be wondering why I am smiling?" he asked.
All I could do was nod in agreement.
"But there is good news!" He said.
"Good news?" I asked. Where is the good news in all of this?
"Well you see, the person who bought the company he's actually my friend; Jacob. Because we are friends he made me 10% owner while he is the other 90% owner. This is fine by me as your jobs are secured."
