"Uh, no you're not, I am. Besides this dress belongs to both of us, though I don't know why since I look way better in it!" She shouted back.

We tugged back and forth until I finally yelled at her to stop. "Listen. The school dance is on Friday and I don't have as many nice things to wear as you do! Plus, I contributed more money when we actually got this dress together, so I think I deserve to wear it!"
