Ariana was definitely getting the money.

Brian scoffed. “Is that so? Did Ariana ask you to come?”

“That’s easy,” Brian said indifferently. “I just need to make a call.”

Gwen was overjoyed. “Quick, thank Mr. Lodge, Flona!”

“Don’t thank me just yet,” Brian interjected coldly. “Now that I’ve agreed to help you, Ariana should show me some gratitude,”

“She will, she will! I’ll bring her here tomorrow to apologize to you. If you think that’s not enough, feel free to punish her. We won’t say a word about it!”

“She doesn’t owe me an apology; she owes one to Eve. Bring her here tomorrow and make her apologize to Eve on her knees.”
