“It won’t be a problem. Freshen up and then we can have dinner. We can also watch movies after that.” Ethan told them smiling.

I am so proud of my boys. I pulled the two in a hug and kissed all over their faces despite them struggling. Hehe I am stronger.

“Mom. Stop it.” Ethan grumbled but he still had his arm around me.

“Mom please stop kissing me.” Ben said pouting.

I gave them each one last kiss and stepped back.

“Elliot show them the two guest rooms for now. Then one of them can move to the spare bedroom when it is clean.”

Lucas, Archer and Hudson followed Elliot to the second floor.

“You two hurry up and come to the kitchen to help me with the dinner. We are one pair of arms short today so it will take time and we are having a feast for the boys.” I told the twins.

“Yes mom.” And off they went to do their jobs.

“Mom I can help with cooking.” Val said bouncing on her toes.

“No way.” I said horrified at the idea.

Apparently she had inherited Steven’s talent in the kitchen. She once almost set the house on fire while boiling the water for spaghetti. No way in the hell am I letting her enter my kitchen.

“I will help mom.” Beth said smiling at me.

“Off course sweetie.”

“Why her and not me? I am older than her.” Val whined.

“You know why.” I narrowed my eyes at her.

She pouted and looked at me with puppy eyes which obviously didn’t work on me.

“That happened only once mom.” She wailed when I didn’t give up.

“I am not letting you in the kitchen.” I said firmly.

Her pout became more prominent. Beth snickered earning a glare from her sister.

“Come on Eros. We will go play in the back yard.” Val dragged a fussing Eros out of the house.

He clearly didn’t want to go. What am I going to do with this one?

“Mom you stink. Go take a bath.” Beth said wrinkling her nose.

“But I did in the morning.”

“Mom just go. We will start dinner ‘after’ you took a bath.”

“Fine.” I went to my room with slumped shoulders.

Beth acts really mature for her age sometimes. My babies are growing up too fast and I still look nineteen. I don’t want to look like their sister. I hope the age thing kicks in soon.

Time for a bath.
