"Let me tell you another piece of truth. If you don't formally apologize to Yvonne today, you can forget about leaving this place."

Zoe furrowed her brows.

"Let's see who wins this time." The actress blocked Zoe's way to the exit with a smug look on her face.

Zoe tried to compose herself.

If this had happened three years ago, she would have kicked the woman aside. What an eyesore!

She walked to Yvonne and bowed. "I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what?" the actress asked threateningly.

"I'm sorry for snatching the last spot."

"Finally admitting your mistake? Admitting that you went through the back door?"

Zoe walked out of the broadcasting station as she spoke on the phone.

She did not notice Jay standing at a spot not far from her.
