Chapter 1362 Triple Threat Array

The man in black’s sudden appearance drew everyone’s attention. At that moment, he speedily flung out three charms. Those three charms landed around Tobias’ legs in a triangle.

“Triple Threat Array!” the man in black roared. Boom! When the arcane array activated, terrifying sights of flame, gale, and lightning appeared within the array. It instantly buried Tobias.

Jared was flabbergasted. He was confused as to why the иσνєℓєвσσк.¢σм man in black suddenly showed up or who that person was. However, he knew how powerful Triple Threat Array was.

It was an incredibly potent array that no ordinary mage could cast. Even he couldn’t cast that arcane array yet. Staring intently at the man in black, Jared wondered who that person was and why he was helping him.

However, the man in black didn’t even glance at Jared and only paid attention to the changes occurring in the array. He was aware that Tobias was strong. So strong, in fact, that the Triple Threat Array might not be enough to end Tobias’ life.

Boom! Suddenly, brilliant sword energy flew toward the sky before the Triple Threat Array was destroyed.

When Tobias escaped the arcane array, his face had turned pale, and there was a bit of blood at the edge of his lips. The light in his eyes had dimmed as well.

Clearly, the injuries he suffered was severe. “Hmph, I didn’t expect you to have a helper.” Tobias gazed at Jared and the man in black with an ugly scowl. “I’ll remember what happened today. Sooner or later, I’ll find you again and take your life.”

He then jumped down the mountain and returned to his home with his men.

Escape was his only option because he was injured and he likely wouldn’t be able to defeat two people at once.

When Millie and Cecilia saw иσνєℓєв. σσк.¢σм Tobias running away, they happily rushed toward Jared.

“Jared! Are you all right?” they asked almost in unison as they examined him, trying to see where he was hurt.

Instead of answering their question, Jared aimed his dimmed gaze and Dragonslayer Sword at the man in black. “Who are you? Why did you rescue me?”

“Who are you? Why are you hiding your appearance? It must be because you’re up to no good…” he interrogated.

Staring at Jared, the stranger narrowed his eyes. “There are some things that can’t be said in public. I trust that you understand. If you want to know who I am, ask the others to leave first.”

Jared became even more convinced that the man in black was a spiritual energy cultivator. Thus, he turned to Cecilia and said, “Bring Millie back to the palace first. I’ll be back soon!”

After staring at him,иσνєℓєвσσк.¢σм she nodded and brought Cecilia down the mountain.

“Can you tell me who you are now? You’re a spiritual energy cultivator, aren’t you?” Jared asked.

“That’s right.” The man in black nodded and removed the black cloth covering his face.
