Chapter 1478 Getting The Beast Cores

“Edgar, I believe Zion wants to meet me to talk about cultivation resources. I will figure out a way to get some for you. You should go back home and rest for now.”

Ryker knew that the sects and families were exhausting their resources quickly and that most of them had joined the Warriors Alliance, so they would definitely ask the Warriors Alliance for resources.

Hence, the Warriors Alliance had to keep their promise or risk displeasing many sects and families.

After Ryker left, the spirit in Edgar’s body said, “Find the girl named Renee and get her for me. The armor she has is a holy relic. Besides, her body is different from others. I believe your strength will increase if you can absorb hers.”

Meanwhile, Ryker arrived at the Warriors Alliance where Zion was waiting for him anxiously.

He greeted Zion, “President Zeigler, I heard you wanted to talk to me.”

“Mr. Deragon, recently, many sects and families have been demanding resources from the Warriors Alliance. About that…” Zion trailed off as he stared at Ryker. He was trying to gauge Ryker’s reaction.

“President Zeigler, the Deragons have limited resources. Even the Dragon Spring is starting to dry up. We don’t have any resources left to offer,” Ryker hurriedly explained as he thought Zion wanted more resources from the Deragon family.

“You’ve got me wrong, Mr. Deragon. I’m not asking for resources from your family.” Zion quickly waved his hands and revealed, “I was thinking about the thousands of beast cores in Bliss City. Can we head there again to take more beast cores? That way, we can solve the problem of the lack of resources.”

“Good. I shall wait for your good news.”

Ryker then left the Warriors Alliance.

Following his departure, Zion summoned Salvador and the other three. He then gave them the water-avoiding beads and told them to get the beast cores.

The four knew that it was a dangerous mission. It was already pretty hard to get the beast cores from the city, which had collapsed and was submerged underwater. Besides that, they were no match for the beasts in the sea and could only escape whenever they bumped into one.
