Chapter 2171 Finding Out His True Identity

Meanwhile, at Stormwind Sect, Emiliano's mother was sobbing while looking after him.

“Are you feeling any better, Emiliano?” she asked softly with a pained look on her face.

“I'm feeling much better, but I can't accept this outcome. I can't believe a nobody injured me in front of so many people!” Emiliano replied with anger written all over his face.

“Don't worry, Emiliano. Once you're all better, I'll make sure that guy pays the price!”

Emiliano's mother then turned toward Tucker, who was standing behind her, as she continued, “I told you to go with Emiliano, didn't I? How could you let him get hurt so badly? Do you not feel bad at all?”

Tucker lowered his head and said apologetically, “I'm terribly sorry, Mrs. Fairchild. It's all my fault...”

“Don't blame Mr. Westwood, Mom. This has nothing to do with him. I want to have my genes modified as soon as possible so I can personally kill Jared!” Emiliano said.

“Sure thing. Once you have recovered from your injury, I'll have Tucker modify your genes. Seeing as your father didn't even show up after you got hurt so badly, I'd say we can forget about counting on him. He only cares about that worthless brother of yours!” Emiliano's mother replied angrily.

Emiliano couldn't help but feel confused as to why his father treated Garthor better than him.

Not only did Hugh modify Garthor's genes, but he also brought Garthor with him while attending all sorts of important meetings.

Emiliano, on the other hand, could only continue his cultivation all by himself. As if that wasn't bad enough, Hugh didn't even pay him a visit after he got injured.

Emiliano clenched his teeth and muttered with a determined look in his eyes, “Don't worry, Mom. Once I have my genes modified, I'll show Father who the real talented genius is! I'll crush that worthless brother of mine beneath my heel!”

“All right; I have faith in you. For now, just focus on your recovery. Mr. Westwood and I need to discuss some matters next door,” Emiliano's mother said as she and Tucker made their way into the next room.

After entering the room, Tucker hugged her from behind and pinned her down on the bed.

“Once my son has recovered from his injuries, you must modify his genes and transfer your power over to him! He's your son, so you two have compatible genes anyway. We'll never achieve success unless we pick up the pace, and things are going to get really problematic if Hugh finds out about our relationship,” Emiliano's mother said softly.

Tucker hugged Emiliano's mother as he reassured her, “Don't worry! Once I modify Emiliano's genes, he will be at least a Level Five Martial Arts God!”

That sudden discovery hit Emiliano like a truck and left him stunned yet again.

So, I was never the son of Hugh Fairchild, nor was I an heir to Stormwind Sect...

With that in mind, Emiliano made his way back to his bed and slowly lay down with a dazed look in his eyes.

It was hard for him to accept this sudden change of identity. All

Emiliano could do was try his best not to think about it and forget what he had just heard.
