“Yes, that is the new rule Mr. Solavar established. If any of you can bring in anyone you want casually, there will be issues.”

Upon hearing that, Igor understood what was going on. Mr. Solavar is likely afraid that the foreign cultivators will bribe other demonic sects to bring them into the Celestial Battlefield. If that happens and people are pocketing benefits, things will get messy for Creston Sect. I bet that’s why Mr. Solavar announced this new rule.
