She then turned around and walked into the grand hall.

Without any hesitation, Jared followed suit.

Even though Nieva had already regained her physical form, Jared still remembered a time when she was merely a wisp of a spirit, nothing more than a mere holy maiden of Lunarius Palace.

Upon entering the grand hall, Nieva unleashed a surge of spiritual energy, which flowed directly into Jared’s body.

Instead of dodging, Jared simply allowed that surge of spiritual energy to enter his body.

“Although you managed to break free from Selma’s icy seal, your body accumulated a significant amount of frost energy, which could have impacted your subsequent training. I’ve just removed the frost energy from your body,” Nieva told Jared.

“Do you know me?” Jared was somewhat taken aback.

After all, he had drastically changed his appearance, and so much time had passed. There was no way Nieva could possibly recognize him.

Chance. Even though you altered your appearance, your aura remains unchanged. Why would I have intervened if I didn’t know it was you?” Nieva replied with a faint smile.

“Did you just offend the Mueller family for my sake, Ms. Nieva?” Jared felt somewhat embarrassed.

Had he known the consequences, he wouldn’t have killed Keiran, which caused Lunarius Palace such a huge trouble.

Nieva had no regrets.
