Chapter 406 Deep Trouble

“It is either you apologize or die? Your choice…”

Dominic threw Jared a condescending look. He had never encountered anyone who dared to reject his order. Jared was the first one.

“Can I take the third option?” Jared smiled.

“The third option?” Dominic was stunned momentarily.

“That’s to let you guys die…”

As Jared spat out those words, his body exploded with energy.

All those martial artists surrounding him held their breath upon sensing his scary aura. They felt as though huge rocks were pressing them down.

They fell to their knees one after another, struggling in great pain. They began spitting fresh blood from their mouths.

The crowd gasped in awe upon witnessing that scene.

The slim elderly widened his eyes as his body trembled incessantly. He almost fell to the ground when he sensed Jared’s aura. Fortunately, it was not directed to him or he would not be able to hold his foot too.

“Who exactly are you?” The elderly stared at Jared cautiously.

“I am Jared Chance.” Jared opened his mouth composedly.

The elderly’s expression turned ugly, his gaze filled with horror. “So are you Mr. Chance?”

The elderly was the butler of the Wagner family. Even though he did not see the matches at the arena, he had heard about Jared’s reputation. Plus, Luke had sent him to the Jantz family’s mansion to invite Jared a couple of times. However, Jared was in solitary training, so he failed to meet the former.

He recalled the scary aura that Jared had just released. He confirmed this was indeed the man who killed Zachariah.

“Mr. Chance, forgive our ignorance. We didn’t mean to offend you. I hope you won’t take this to heart!”

To the crowd’s bewilderment, the elderly knelt before Jared.

“Clyde, what are you doing?”

“Clyde, what the h*ll is going on?” Dominic could not wrap his head around it.

“Mr. Wagner, we are in deep trouble! We must discuss this matter with Old Mr. Wagner!”

Clyde let out a long sigh and left with Dominic.

Luke stomped his feet in exasperation in the Wagner residence upon hearing the incident.

“Bast*rd! Unfilial son! I will kill you…”

Luke was about to cast a ruthless slap toward Dominic’s face.

However, he was stopped by Clyde. “Old Mr. Wagner, it would be useless even if you kill Mr. Wagner now. What we need to do now is to make Mr. Chance change his impression of the Wagner family!”

“Yes. You are right. I should go and apologize to Mr. Chance personally!”

Luke kept nodding as he ran back to his room. A moment later, he came out with his collection of herbs.

Dominic knelt on the floor and could not stop trembling. He looked at Clyde indignantly. “Clyde, who exactly was that guy? What are you and Dad so afraid of him?”
