The reception on the island was weak, so the four of them could only see texts in the group chat at first. Other than the messages, there were more than ten pictures slowly loading as they waited.

Tyler: "Wow! I can't believe Demi managed to start a fire with just two rocks. It might seem easy, but it didn't work at all when I secretly tried it! She's like the goddess of fire! She's also amazing at cooking! The roasted fish she made was yummy!"

Sam: "At first, I thought I was coming here to suffer. However, I managed to eat something terrific! Although we didn't have any seasoning, it still tasted great. Hey, Mr. Bayer, did you guys manage to make a fire? I'm a little worried about you guys."

Soon after that, the pictures finally showed up, and they could see the fire burning wildly. Demi's team sat around their pot as they tried the soup and seafood. They also had coconut juice to drink and various berries as desserts.

Upon seeing that, Ana's group thought the contrast was too great. Sally stared at the pictures in disbelief, and everyone else was having various thoughts about the situation.

Connor wanted to drink some hot soup too, thinking his stomach would feel a lot better if he did. Meanwhile, Nigel was just thinking about how the other team really managed to start a fire!

As for Wendy, she was starting to regret joining Ana's team. After all, it looked like the other group was having the time of their lives!

Meanwhile, the comments were going wild.

"I think I see an envious gaze in Connor's eyes."

"To be honest, Demi's team sure is having a great time."

"It feels like Ana's team is there to go through training while Demi's team is on vacation."

"Demi really managed to turn the survival show into a cooking show."

"Basically, all three episodes so far have been Demi's personal spotlight."

"Ana's too scared to look at her phone!"

"I'm going to call Demi now and ask her for some advice," Nigel said as he started dialing Demi's number. However, the call couldn't get through at all.

"What? That's impossible, right? How could she possibly not know how to teach us? I guess it's human nature to keep secrets," Ana mumbled again.

Upon hearing that, Wendy immediately frowned at Ana, wondering what was wrong with the latter's attitude. Ana finally realized she had accidentally voiced her hostility toward Demi earlier after noticing how upset Wendy looked.

So, Ana explained with a stiff smile, "I mean, anything in the world can be taught and learned, right? So, how can she possibly not know how to teach us?"

"Some things are just meant to be learned by ourselves," Wendy said solemnly.

"That's right. It's like how some of us can learn how to skip stones on water immediately. Meanwhile, some people can never learn how to do it, no matter how much they've tried. Even if we can do it, we won't be able to teach others the skills because it's just second nature to us," Connor said with a smile.

Nigel nodded. "Yes. Demi probably learned everything herself, so she doesn't know how to pass her knowledge on to others. If she were purposely hiding her capabilities from us, she wouldn't have shown us her skills in the first place."

Ana was speechless, thinking everyone else was out of their minds. She didn't understand why they would start defending Demi when she thought she was making sense. Demi was obviously reluctant to teach them anything, so Ana thought everyone should be standing on her side.
