"How can we possibly accept that?" Margaret rejected the idea instinctively.

"Well, it's empty anyway. Besides, Ms. Demi has to treat my body too. So, it'll make things more convenient for me," said Felix.

"I still don't think it's a good idea, Demi," Margaret said to Demi.

Felix turned to Demi too. "Also, I've only paid you for part of the treatment. If you like the villa, I'll just give it to you as my payment."

"That won't do!" Margaret hurriedly waved her hands.

In her mind, they could only accept hundreds of dollars at most when treating someone. So, how could she possibly accept someone's villa? It was something too expensive for her.

"Well, thank you, Mr. Harrington." Demi nodded after thinking about it for a moment.

Margaret was stunned, and she nudged Demi hard. "Demi, how can you accept something so expensive?"

Before Demi could say anything, Felix spoke first. "It isn't expensive at all. Ms. Demi is treating me and basically saving my life. If it weren't for her, I probably have three years left in my life. My life is way more valuable than a villa. Wouldn't you agree, Mrs. Moone?"

He was so sincere that Margaret was stunned slightly when she heard the question.

Felix wasn't lying at all. The poison in his body had already begun spreading. First, his legs were affected. Then, the rest of his organs would be next. Once it reached his heart, he would be dead in no time.

"Then… We'll move in for a while. Once we find a suitable house, we'll move out right away." Margaret still insisted on rejecting the villa.

So, Felix said nothing else about it. He figured he could just transfer the property to Demi's name when the time came.

After they were done with Lunch, Margaret started packing up their belongings. They had to plan what they were going to bring as soon as possible.

Although he didn't say a word, he knew what he had to do. He didn't want to cause any trouble for Margaret and Demi at all. So, he had to endure it.

He also couldn't let them know about it. Margaret would worry about him, and Demi would even get into a fight for him.

Previously, Demi had used a knife to hurt one of the bullies, and their parents had almost beaten her up. She had also been close to being locked up.

"How dare you glare at me!" The boys' leader raised his hand and slapped Timothy's face nonstop with each slap being harder than the previous.

Meanwhile, the other boys started chuckling while beating up Timothy as well. Then, there were multiple hands slapping his head and legs kicking his body.

When someone came into the restroom, they would get out after seeing what was going on.
