"Ms. Rebecca, it is illegal to spread defamatory statements. I'd advise you to repeat your accusations while I record them for potential court evidence," Felix stated coolly, tapping his phone's recording app.

Rebecca visibly shrank under Felix's authoritative presence, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water before ultimately remaining silent.

"What exactly is happening here?" Felix redirected his attention to the officers.

The police officer methodically outlined the case details. When he mentioned Erika allegedly orchestrating the gang rape against Demi, Rebecca couldn't contain herself. "That's absurd! My daughter would never do that. She's a good girl—"

Demi casually dug a finger in her ear. She had finally had enough.

She turned to the middle-aged officer and spoke calmly. "I happened to come across Erika's phone. I took a look at her photo album. It is full of pictures and videos of her bullying others. It doesn't quite match the sweet, innocent girl Rebecca was describing."

The officer took Erika's phone and began scrolling through the gallery. His frown deepened with each photo.

Felix leaned in for a look as well. At first, his brows were only faintly furrowed. But the moment he saw Demi in the photos, his expression darkened instantly. His brows knitted so tightly, and his gaze turned ice-cold.

In one of the images, Demi's face was covered in blood.

Even the middle-aged officer who was used to seeing all kinds of grim scenes felt a sudden chill crawl across his skin.

After about three minutes, he finally looked at Erika and asked, "Were the photos taken while you were bullying people?"

"I… I… I…" Erika stammered, struggling to get any coherent words out.

She thought being betrayed and assaulted by her own friends was already bad luck enough, but she never expected her phone to end up in the hands of the police!

This was all Demi's fault! Erika clenched her teeth in frustration.

"This is definitely not my daughter's doing. Someone must be framing her." Rebecca immediately shook her head, refusing to even look at the phone's contents.

She knew Erika frequently bullied classmates and had accidentally seen some of the photos and videos on her phone. So, she didn't need to look again to know what was inside.

Rebecca had even warned Erika to delete them so no one would ever find out.

When Felix and the middle-aged officer re-entered the interrogation room, they entered a completely chaotic scene—four middle-aged women were in a full-blown shouting match with Rebecca.

"Your daughter has no self-respect! One guy wasn't enough, so she had to go after four? And now our sons are in the police station because of her!"

"You shameless little tramp! Were you that desperate for male attention? You'd better not frame our sons, or you'll regret it. We're not people to be trifled with."

Rebecca flushed with rage as she was no match for the four of them alone.
