"Did she just ask why he had stopped eating? He has a bad stomach! Damn it! He can't eat anything raw!"

"I can't believe she would call herself a fan! It's obvious that she's lying to take advantage of his popularity."

"Connor isn't going to have a stomachache later, is he? It's all that woman's fault for being a smartass!"

"I just took a look at Demi's livestream, and they're having piping hot seafood stew and roasted seafood!"

People started scolding Ana, and their comments quickly flooded the live stream.

When Michelle saw those comments, she couldn't stay calm anymore. She thought it was unfair for them to scold Ana when Ana did her best to cook for everyone.

So, Michelle started typing out a furious reply, "How can you blame Ana when they couldn't make a fire? She did her best to prepare lunch for everyone, but all she received was criticism. Is this how you guys should act as fans?"

After she sent out that comment, some people appeared to reply to her. However, most of them were arguing back angrily.

"It's true that it wasn't Ana's fault that they couldn't make a fire. However, it was her fault for asking Connor to be on the same team as her! Doesn't she know how incapable she is? Why did she have to ask someone else to suffer with her?"

"If she hadn't invited him first, he would've chosen to group up with Demi instead!"

"She did her best to prepare lunch for everyone, huh? Well, I guess we should all thank her, shouldn't we? It wasn't like everyone else wasn't doing anything!"

"Most importantly, Connor can't even enjoy anything she has prepared!"

"I see what's going on now… Ana wants to compete with Demi! Unfortunately, Connor has been caught in the crossfire."

When Michelle saw the replies, she was speechless. Although she was infuriated, she didn't know how to respond, so she mumbled to herself angrily.

"Aren't you guys being too mean? Annie invited him because she respected him, so how can you not appreciate her kindness? What do you mean she's trying to take advantage of his popularity? Go on and scold her, then. Now that you've infuriated me, I'm going to sue all of you! The Pitts aren't pushovers!"

"I'll continue eating after resting for a while," Connor answered Ana's question with a smile.

Other than Nigel and Wendy, the rest all looked puzzled. They didn't understand why he needed to rest when they were just having a meal. Then, they wondered if he didn't like seafood or just the food that Ana had prepared. With that thought in mind, Ana immediately frowned.

"Why have you stopped eating as well, Mr. Yale? We still have a lot of food left." Ana turned to him in confusion.

"My stomach's starting to ache a little as well, so I'll be stopping now," he said as he started rubbing his belly too.

"What?" Ana's eyes widened in shock again. "Is my food that bad? Why are you guys not eating?" After saying that, she looked a little disappointed.

"Nigel has a bad stomach. It's something he has gotten from working too much when he was younger," Wendy explained.

"I see…" Ana still looked disappointed as she had imagined everyone would devour her food like wolves, finishing everything in no time. She thought it could make her rise from her past shame once more. However, they had stopped eating one after another at that moment.

At first, she thought the food wouldn't be enough, but there were eventually a lot of leftovers.

"Mrs. Yale, Sally, Thomas, let's continue eating and finish everything up," Ana said enthusiastically after cheering herself up. Those who didn't know better might even think she was preparing herself for war.

However, right after Ana finished speaking, Wendy put down her utensils. "I'm full and can't eat anymore now. Please go ahead."
