Once they all left, the hospital room became quiet. Brayden held onto Jenna's hand, his dark eyes moved by how beautiful yet delicate-looking this girl before him really was. "I'm sorry you went through all this," he said softly

"It doesn't matter," Jenna smiled sweetly. "As long as Mrs. Wright recovers quickly, I don't mind being wrongly accused."

Unable to resist any longer, Bryaden gently pecked at her lips. Jenna blushed, pushing him away slightly. Although Mrs. Wright still lay unconscious, she couldn't help feeling uneasy about their closeness.
