With those words, Isabel ended the call abruptly, refusing to let Kaleb utter another sentence.

A heavy silence followed.

Stunned disbelief filled the room.

Eva and Cindy froze in place, their jaws dropping as they stared at Isabel in shock.

Isabel arched her eyebrows delicately, her gaze landing on Cindy like a drifting shadow. "You're the one who needs to go now," she said calmly.

Cindy's eyes instantly flew wide, her glare sharp enough to shred Isabel to pieces if looks had the power to harm.

The mall manager stepped forward cooperatively and said, "You have 30 minutes to clear out. If you don't, we'll handle it ourselves. However, if your belongings get damaged in the process, we won't be held accountable."

"You … you're going too far!" Cindy's voice shook as she jabbed a finger toward Isabel and the manager. Her face was flushed with fury, tears welling in her reddened eyes, and her trembling hand betrayed her overwhelming anger.

But anger couldn't change anything. In the end, they had no choice but to arrange for someone to clear out and remove the cabinets.

Back at the Johnson residence, Kaleb's family sat in sullen silence, their expressions grim.

"I just don't get it. How can Isabel be so powerful?" Cindy voiced what everyone else was thinking.

Eva paused to consider before suggesting, "Could it be that guy named Xander isn't part of the Bennetts' side branch?"

"That's impossible," Kaleb said firmly. "I've met everyone from the main branch of the Bennetts, and there's no one named Xander among them."

Eva, who had been lost in thought, suddenly lowered her head. A moment later, something seemed to click in her mind. She snapped her head up and looked directly at Kaleb. "Isn't there someone from the Bennetts' main branch that you haven't met yet?"

Kaleb had never seen that person, and in fact, he was rarely seen by most people in Solaria.

"You mean—no way! How could Isabel possibly have a connection to the Bennetts' patriarch? We've gone over this before. The reason the patriarch stays out of sight is because of the rumors claiming he has a repulsive and hideous appearance."

"I believe this rumor is likely true; otherwise, why would the Bennetts' patriarch almost never be seen? While Xander is good-looking and incredibly obedient to Isabel—there's no way it's the same person."

"Eva, you really have quite the imagination! How could someone like Isabel, with such a horrible personality, ever get noticed by the wealthiest person in Solaria? I honestly think I have a better chance than she does," Cindy mocked.

"What's going on today? Why is the mall manager being so cooperative with her? And Kal even got a call from the Bennett Group, telling them to take down their cabinets right away." Eva's words made everyone stop and reconsider the situation.

After a brief silence, Laurel broke the quiet, "Could it be Isabel shamelessly flirted with the senior executive of the Bennett Group?"

Cindy's eyes brightened. "I think my mom's theory makes sense! Remember, didn't you all say before that Isabel got involved with someone from the Bennetts' side branch, a guy named Xan something—I can't quite recall his name."

"Xander," Eva added.

"Right, Xander. Isn't Isabel likely trying to use her connection with Xander from the side branch to get closer to the higher-ups of the Bennetts?" Cindy speculated confidently.

After hearing this, Eva and the others thought it made sense.

Still, it was all just guesswork and couldn't be verified yet.

Eva's eyelids fluttered slightly, her eyes dark with doubt.
