"You should stop staring at me like that" Adryan says, his ocean blue eyes still glued onto the laptop he had been working on, a pair of glasses resting on the bridge of his nose.

His words startling Adeena. Adeena was in Adryan's office, she was sitting on a love seat which faced towards where Adryan sat on his chair working on his laptop on God knows what for the past few hours. He hadn't said anything beside greet her when she came in, his ignorance annoyed her, but she kept quiet, pretending to read a book for the past half an hour while staring at him work. Adryan was an extremely good-looking, with him growing a scruff over the span of a week, and the glasses only contributed more to his looks.

His blue eyes staring at her made her nervous and shy all of a sudden.

"Me? Staring at you? Please" She rolls her eyes to look more believing, "You wish" she says.

He stares at her some more, in a scrutinizing manner of his that made her body heat up. He doesn't speak anything for a few moments, she watches with outmost attention as he stood up from his office chair, approaching her with slow strides.

He stops when he reached her, towering over her as she still sat on the love seat with her hands clutching the book of which she didn't even know the name of, in a death grip. Furthermore, he bends a little so that now his face was close to hers. Her breathing pattern turns uneven as his blue eyes level with her brown ones. His hands coming to hold hers, Adeena's lip part in shock.

"I would've believed you if you were holding the book the right way." he says, his eyes holding a glint in them, his voice filled with humor. He takes the book out of her grip and turning it upright, he places them back into her hands, Adryan found Adeena's shocked face humorous. Shaking his head with a small smile in his face, he poster straightens when he scents a particular scent heading his way, his body immediately turning warm as the scent of strawberries neared.

Adeena's shock evaporated into thin air when she watched with confusion as Adryan straightened himself immediately, looking alert all of a sudden. She was just about to ask what it was when he moves towards the door, and open with such eagerness which Adeena had never seen on him.

Adryan immediately opens the door to his office, knowing that Jade was now directly outside his office, his Lycan side had helped him detect her scent from miles away.

Jade's green eyes moves to his immediately, one hand holding the container, while the other was raised in a fist, about to knock on his door when he had startled for the second time that day by opening it.

She was surprised to see him wearing glasses, it suited him quite well.

"Hi" Jade says, not knowing what to say.

"Hey, come in" Adryan steps back a bit so that she could enter. Jade walks past him into his office, taking in the well furnished setting, there was a bookshelf taking one side of the wall, filled with countless books with thick binding leading Jade to believe they might be on werewolf history and other supernatural creatures, Jade's eyes taken in his office, moving over the mahogany table spread with numerous papers and an opened laptop. When she turns back to Adryan she is shocked to find Adeena standing behind him.

"Adeena, hi" Jade says, smiling in acknowledgement.

Adeena had immediately stood up, so that she stood behind Adryan, his musky scent surrounding her and giving her comfort, she watched as Adryan's eyes stayed glued to Jade's as she looked around his office space, and suddenly her green eyes are on her.

"Hi Jade" Adeena replies, a pretentious smile on her face.
