The room was silent in a state of shock.

“My apologies moon-goddess, but what do you mean by branding me a lycan,” Enzo asked as he bowed his head.

“Maybe branding is the wrong word. Because it’s or of a lycan spirit being given to your wolf. Rocky will remain rocky in spirit. He is just being given a stronger form, a Lycan.” The moon goodness explains.

“So will have.” Enzo starts but the moon goodness interrupts him.

“A wolf form and a Lycan form. Much like your mate's father, King Logan. Yes, that is what will happen.” She says, smiling, and turns to Noah.

“And you. You already feel your power, because your power is different. Yes, your father is a king and he will remain a king, just as your mother will be queen. You are not just a king, and you are the king over all the kings, born into being their leader. The kings, king, so to say.” The moon goddess says, and Noah bows his head.

“Your job is demanding and sometimes dangerous. Therefore, you need people you can trust. Therefore, you will meet your second chance mate when the time is right. Your family seems to be lucky to have a second chance.” She says and smiles.

“But, you need to know, that none of your future children will inherit the responsibility and the power you have been given. You have been given this power because the stars around the moon have seen that the world will need you.” She says, and Noah goes on one knee.

“Moon-goodness, I know I am still essentially just a big kid, but I have grown up knowing I am special. That I someday would have a big responsibility to live up to. I intend to do my best at doing what I have to, with or without a mate, I will not disappoint you.” Noah says, bowing his head.

“I know you will, my child and I know you have all the help you possibly need, so I ask you. Do you approve of your Beta to be granted a lycan?” She asks him as she looks at him, and he looks up.

“I can’t think of any guy more deserving of getting a Lycan. And you are right, and I need my Beta to be, if not as strong, but close to my strength. I trust Enzo with my life. He has never shown anything but loyalty to my family.” Noah says seriously, and the moon-goodness smiles brightly.
