Right then, Alicia and Victoria were both sitting in chairs on one side of the table. One of them was holding Clinton, and the other was holding Cotter. The baby stroller was parked to the side. It wasn't clear what they were talking about, but their smiles were bright. Clinton was sitting obediently in front of Alicia, and occasionally moved his little hands around. The puppy was in Victoria's arms, the same way as Clinton was in Alicia's. Together with the two beautiful women, it was the perfect picture of peace!

Seeing the two of them appearing together, Alicia and Victoria were both thinking of the same thing as well. It was better to become sisters- in- law with people that you were close with, rather than strangers!

Raising her gaze, Alicia greeted them first. "Why are you both here? Are you guys done so early?"

Looking back, Victoria beamed as well. "Are we going to leave already?"

Frederick came forward, bent down, and picked Clinton up skilfully. Alicia stretched her muscles and said with a smile, "What's the hurry? It's still early and you should stay for dinner! What's the need to be so formal among family?"

Trevor ruffled Victoria's hair dotingly. Her blinding smile showed that she seemed to be having a good time. Her cheeks were flushed, which was completely different from the state she was in when she arrived. Trevor's voice grew much softer when he spoke.

"Are you guys not done having fun yet? The baby has to rest!"

He was implying that they shouldn't disturb them too much!

Getting up, Victoria returned the puppy to the servant, but reluctantly petted it again. "That's true! We still have time! I'll come again when I have the time. Hurry up and take the child back to rest..."
