After he left her body, Victoria gently caressed his back. There was no trace of silver on the well-proportioned and smooth-textured back at all.

Victoria rubbed her eyes in disbelief before glimpsing at the glass on the wine cabinet. "It only appeared for one mere instant," she pondered, "just like an epiphyllum!"

She lowered her head as Trevor kissed her ear tenderly, "I can show it to you anytime if you want to see it!"

He then moved his hand. Victoria's face flushed with redness as she pinched him harshly, "I'm too tired!"

They locked eyes for a short instant, but she couldn't help dodging his gaze. "This is too awkward," she exclaimed internally, "I've never done anything like this before!"

At that very moment, Victoria was so embarrassed that she didn't even dare steal a

glance at him!

Trevor swaddled her in some clothes as he covered himself with a trench coat. Then, he carried her back to the room. Fortunately, all his servants had gone to bed as it was late. Victoria breathed as quietly as she could manage while she snuggled in his arms.

After a simple shower, she returned to the bed. Now that her mind was at peace and her thoughts were calm, she nestled back into his arms. The heat radiating from his body and his touch gave her an inexplicable sense of security. For the first time in forever, Victoria felt like she was utterly dependent on him.

Their eyes met again as she raised her head. She instinctively lowered it quickly. Trevor planted a kiss on her forehead as her small arms subconsciously fondled his back.

"Is this your emblem? I must say, it is pretty concealed, but this design is just...so absurd! Do you want people to see it or not? I only saw a half of it-"

The slight traces of regret were evident in Victoria's murmurs.

The emblem was located on his back. His height was turned to his advantage because unless there was a mirror right behind him, most women probably wouldn't detect the emblem at all. Besides, it only appeared for an exceptionally short time before disappearing into thin air. They had been together numerous times, yet she failed to notice it every time!

If he was more mindful and cautious, no one would see it at all!

Both of our tattoos complete each other, forming the complete Scorpion Gang's gold and silver emblem! Blood is thicker than water, and family ties are the strongest bonds in this world. The both of us grew up together, so our individual strengths are nothing if compared to our united power! After all, we are people with status, I was chosen by Father because of this thing on me.
