Behind her, Marshall was stunned for a few seconds.

He was speechless as he already knew that her nickname was "Ally". What he wanted to know was her full name. Why was she so adorable? This woman was smart, she really knew how to trick people!

She was not only beautiful but also mysterious and cheerful.

Looking at the beautiful figure in front of him, Marshall started admiring her more and more. As soon as he lifted his foot, his cell phone rang. He then headed to a quiet place to take the call.

When Alicia got back to her car, her anger had finally eased a little.

Looking at the two cute plush toys that were sitting in the back seat, something came across her mind. Alicia picked up her phone and dialed a number.

"Victoria, are you free? Let's hang out and have afternoon tea!"

After deciding the time and location, Alicia started driving there.

As she didn't have lunch yet and she had been standing for the whole morning, Alicia chose a window seat and ordered a plate of noodles as soon as she reached the restaurant. She started eating while waiting for Victoria. She was in a good mood.

When she almost finished her food, she gazed at the time, realizing that it was ten past one. Noticing that Victoria hadn't come yet, she looked out of the window again. The sun was shining brightly just right outside the window. On the street, there were not many people.

After ordering a glass of orange juice, Alicia checked her emails during her spare time and picked a few jobs.

After replying, she habitually moved her body and looked out of the window again. "Why hasn't she arrived yet? She should be almost here, right?"

"Should I order some snacks?"

While she was hesitating and preparing to get the menu, a familiar figure suddenly came into her vision on the opposite road.

"I'll take you to the hotel to rest first. At three o'clock, Dean will come over! Both of you can make the arrangements by yourselves. This hotel is the same chain as the one you used to stay at. Dean said that you are used to the decoration inside... Call me whenever you need my help!"

"Okay, thank you!"

The traffic on the street was busy that day, thus Frederick didn't drive the car to the front of the hotel. Instead, he entered the parking lot as he figured it was better than blocking the traffic. The two of them were chit-chatting while walking with luggage.

As she was his best friend's wife, plus she was pregnant, Frederick was very careful when he was with her. He would pay more attention to her and protect the woman. Sometimes, he would even reach out to help her or raise his hand to protect her from a little distance. The two of them were quite respectful of each other.
