The doctor's kind advice was like thorns, pricking Lindsay's heart. Immediately, she slammed her palms against the bed as she threw a fit.

"Go away! You quack! You're a murderer who killed my child! Get out of here!"

Lindsay grabbed the pillow on the side and threw it at the doctor.

As the doctors and nurses backed away slowly, they shook their heads exasperatedly. Most of the guests in the VIP ward were wealthy, arrogant, and hard to serve. They were used to it already and this was nothing new to them.

The doctor left her with some pieces of advice before leaving the ward.

Alicia did not want to fake her worry for Lindsay, therefore she opened her bag and handed him the earrings. "I should've returned this to you long ago."

Alicia didn't give Jeremy a chance to refuse, she took his hand and stuffed the earrings into his hand.
