Holding the shopping bag in her hand tightly, Alicia felt a buzz in her head until a cold hand touched her hand.

"Alicia?"

Almost reflectively, Alicia took a step back, keeping a distance from her.

"Sorry, I am not that generous! It has nothing to do with me whether you are happy or not! However, there's one thing you can rest assured of. Your man isn't even worthy enough to carry my shoes now!" Alicia replied sarcastically.

With that, Alicia turned around and strode away. However, her heart still felt pain inexplicably.

The sun was setting in the west, just like the faded love that would never shine again.

It was because of this encounter that Alicia even forgot to go to the supermarket. She was out of her wits when she entered the house. She didn't even notice the Rolls-Royce she walked past.

It was not until when she noticed that the lights in the living room were switched on, that she came back down to earth in an instant. She turned to the bar and saw a figure standing upright. Frederick had changed into his home outfit and was pouring a glass of red wine.

"Hubby, why are you back so early today?" Alicia asked.

Stepping forward, Alicia leaned against him and sniffed his broad back. Her murmuring voice sounded gentle and sweet, asking, "Have you eaten yet?"

With the familiar aura and warm embrace of this man, her heart seemed to calm down all of a sudden.

Frederick turned around slowly and glanced at her, teasing, "You are getting dirtier!"

She hugged him without even changing her clothes!

Frederick's eyes were full of disgust. However, he didn't push her away nor sounded fierce. She was getting better at feeling his emotions. Alicia giggled, circled to his front, and snuggled up to him.

"I miss you, that's why!" Alicia flirted.

Seeing that she was carrying a shopping bag in her hand, Frederick relaxed his eyebrows a little and asked, "What's in it?".

"Ah-"

Before Alicia could react, he had taken it out rapidly. Under the light, the thin cloth flashed with a seductive red light. She blushed and reached out to grab it.

"Give it back to me!"
