In the end, Alicia was woken up by someone. The long-lost passion dispelled the loneliness of the late night, and fired up the two empty hearts. It was a dazzling and passionate night.

"Alicia, what are you doing? I've sent you so many messages, but why didn't you reply? There's a meeting today in the department to discuss our plan for next month. We also need to strive for projects with several big groups. Have you forgotten? The director has even called for you..."

After hearing what she said, Alicia instantly sobered up.

"Well, something happened in my family and I've forgotten about it! Mira, I'll call the director. Can you help me apply for leave? I may go there later! Thank you!"
