Alicia followed the waiter as they walked out of the entrance. As she looked up, she saw nothing but an empty corridor. There wasn't even a shadow of Nicholas' figure.

"Where is he?"

"Huh? He was here just now!"

She gazed around before the waiter spoke.

"Mr. Nick merely informed me to bring you out here. Perhaps he thought the crowd would be a disturbance to him, and the manager might've told him to wait in the lounge on the other side? Would you care to call him and ask?"

As soon as he said that, the waiter pointed towards the aisle on the other side.

All of a sudden, a sense of doubt arose in Alicia's heart. She knew that the waiter wasn't a mere stranger, so she plainly believed his words. She brought her mobile phone out and took a peek at her surroundings before she started walking. At this moment, a clear voice was heard.

"Mr. Nick, this way please!"

She walked into the lounge thinking that he was really waiting in there. The waiter wasn't too bothered by the situation either and left right away.

Before Ashe arrived at the lounge, out of nowhere, a figure with tremendous strength instantly pulled her aside. In an instant, she staggered and stumbled into a random room. The next thing she knew, her shoulder was already shackled by an immense force.

The person who, Frederick thought had passed on, was standing in front of him at that very moment. Alicia was alive! He was overjoyed and tears began to roll down his cheeks. His whole body trembled while he was about to place his hand over her cheek. However, he barely stopped himself and didn't dare to approach her after a long thought. He looked at her from head to toe as he stuttered,

"Al... Alicia?" Was it really her?

As they looked at each other, she froze as if her body was paralyzed and her mind went blank for a moment. Why was Frederick here?

They stared at each other for a very long time and neither of them budged at all.

He was taken aback by the sight of Alicia and his emotions were running amok. After a while, he placed his hand on her face as he felt the familiar tenderness and warmth of her skin. Then, he wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly.

"Ally, it's really you!"

She was still alive! His Ally, who stood in front of him in the flesh, was really alive!

At that moment, it seemed like he had the whole world in his hands, and words simply couldn't describe his feelings. He wanted to squeeze her so tightly and never let her go again. It was the first time he lost control of his emotions, and his tears kept rolling down while his heart was thumping wildly!

Although he saw the ruins of the fire incident with his own eyes, he did not cry back then.

He didn't shed a single tear even after he lost Alicia in the fire.

However, right then, his emotions erupted like a volcano as soon as he embraced her again. Tears rolled down his cheeks uncontrollably.

It never occurred to him that he would meet her again under such circumstances. His long- lost warmness and Frederick's scent caused tears to well up in Alicia's eyes. She was simply lost for words as she saw him. She coughed softly while she forcefully pushed him away.

Soon after, he quickly came back to his senses. He wiped away the tears on his face and slowly pushed her away as well.

As soon as she noticed the ring on his finger, she felt like she was instantly struck by lightning, her heart had crumbled into a million pieces.

It was a familiar lump that was concealed in her hair and close to her neck. It was similar to the protruding mole that Ally had as well!

"You are Alicia. You really are Alicia Blanchard!"

He exclaimed with his utmost confidence as he grabbed her shoulders. A thought flashed across his mind and he pulled down her sleeves while he rotated her body. There were tattoos on her shoulder, but it wasn't the black flower tattoo that he was familiar with. Instead, it was a red one which seemed to be the pattern of a phoenix tail.

He paused and thought to himself, "Did she alter her tattoo?"

"Frederick, what do you think you're doing?! You b*stard!" Alicia pulled her sleeve back up as she kicked and punched him angrily. "You pervert, do you do this to every woman you meet?"

"Do you know me? How could you not know me? You're Alicia, aren't you?"

She crossed her arms while she glared at him angrily and shouted.

"It's hard to not recognize you Mr. Clements, considering that you're always on every headline of the news! Is there anything strange about it? As I said before, I am Misty and I'm certainly not the person you're looking for. I'll call the police if you keep this up!"

As soon as she tidied up her clothes, Frederick suddenly pulled her back again and placed his hand on the back of her shoulder.

"Stop denying it! No one knows you better than I do. I know every inch of you! Did you really think I wouldn't recognize you even if you've cut your hair or if there was a mole on your face? You're my one and only wife, the woman who took a bullet for me. How could I possibly forget about you? The memories of your entire body are carved into my heart! You can alter the tattoo all you want, but can you honestly remove the scar of your bullet wound? The scar is sown deep inside your bones. Even if it isn't obvious now, I'll still be able to see the lines and feel the difference! Besides that, you had an operation for your appendicitis done around this spot. If I take a look at your abdomen, there should be some traces..."

Right after saying that, he was about to undo the zipper of her dress and this drove her mad. She held onto her dress and roared.

"Mr. Clements, stop! You've gone too far!"
