"How dare he trick me in prison? Doesn't he know who I am? How dare he take advantage of me?"

Lauren was angry as she fiddled with her hands. She seldom got angry, but for the first time, she was enjoying the idea of cutting someone into pieces!

She heard the rustling sound of keys and footsteps from a distance, but Lauren had been let down too many times. Thus when she heard it this time, she didn't react at all. She was thinking about how to get the news out to the person she wished to deliver it to and how to get out as soon as possible.

When she was imprisoned, all information was wiped clean while only Zedd's information was on the police record! Thinking of it, Lauren felt that she had been set up from the beginning!

He had asked her to leave everything to him. Even the only contact numbers he left her with were his number and his home number. She only remembered his home number but she couldn't reach anyone with it. Who should she use to deliver her message?

She was all alone! She never had any friends since young! She always thought that she could do anything on her own, but she was unfortunately trapped behind iron bars!

Her colleagues knew about this, but they were not close, so they would not come to visit her in the prison!

Her only friend was not in Casterwich City, so she might not know that something had happened to her. Moreover, everything happened so suddenly and it wasn't something to share about, so she never thought of telling Sharon or leaving her a message at the time. By the time she looked for her, it would be some years later and everything would be irreversible by then!

"Sharon, oh Sharon! I really hope you come back soon! I need you! You are my only hope..." Lauren murmured.

She probably would have to take the blame for Zedd! Why would he let her know all of this but didn't give her more time? She hated this! How unfair this was to her!

Lauren's thoughts were a mess, and she crossed her arms, irritated.

Suddenly, she felt a force at her waist. With a quiver, she got goosebumps all over her body. "Who is it?"

She looked back instantly, and she felt the grip on her waist grow firmer as the heat on her neck started to spread. "Who else would dare do this with you but me?"

The man was standing behind the faint light, so Lauren could not see his face clearly, but the deep and familiar voice jolted her senses. Lauren was suddenly filled with rage. She turned around and landed him a kick.

"This b*stard! So, he still remembered to come, huh?" She thought.

Lauren's kicks were agile and fierce. Willy stepped back and grabbed her ankle. With a pull, he crossed her wrists and wrapped them around herself. Then, he turned around and sat on the edge of the bed, and pressed her down with his legs.

"I haven't seen you in a few days and you've improved!" He exclaimed.

Was this little wild cat becoming savage again?

"B*stard! Let go of me!" Twisting her body, Lauren realized that she couldn't break free. She gnashed her teeth in anger and was frustrated. If she knew that this day would come, she wouldn't have been lazy when she was learning martial arts! This man did have some skills!

"Shh, keep your voice down. Do you want to wake everyone?" Willy urged.

When Willy covered her lips with his hand, Lauren opened her mouth and sunk her teeth into it. Willy retracted his hand instantly and gave her a hard slap on her buttock.

"You're serious, aren't you?" He asked.

"Willy, you b*stard! You big liar! I'm going to kill you!" She hissed at him.

Lauren was furious but her soft voice somehow sounded like she was about to burst into tears. It didn't seem like she was blaming him, but it felt more like a quarrel between lovers.

But she was indeed enraged! Unfortunately, because of where they were at, she couldn't shout as she wished. Although she was unhappy with how quiet she had to be, she still had to accept it.

But in Willy's ears, her voice was like a poison that could melt him away.

"Why? Don't you believe in me?" He asked.
