Alicia felt that she was so unlucky today that it could not be described in words. As she thought of this, she got dejected again. She wiped her tears and sobbed like a child.

"I'm so unlucky. I lost my wallet and my phone. Moreover, I was scolded by a random man. He even splashed water all over me. My clothes, my bag, are all ruined..." she muttered.

As she thought of this, Alicia was so angry that she could not stop crying. She told him the whole story whilst stammering.

Hearing this, Frederick was amused. She was indeed such a girly woman!

How could she cry over something like this?

He took the cup from her hand and placed it elsewhere. Frederick hugged her and said, "All right, all right! Everything is fine as long as you are alright!"

This money was enough to pay for a week's installment for her father's medical bills! She was really unfortunate! The more she needed money, the more misfortunes she would face!

"What a little miser! Does she love money that much?" he wondered. How could she care so much about such a small amount of money?

Frederick tapped her forehead.

"I will ask someone to send you a new phone later. As for your gift cards, don't worry too much about it. As for your bank cards, transfer your money to another account. If you don't have one, then just forget about it. We'll get a new card, and just forget about your old account! I'll give you double the amount that you have lost. Is that okay? Don't cry anymore! Frederick turned around and made a phone call. Alicia muttered, "How is that the same?"

He was willing to give her money. No matter what, she would feel like the money did not belong to her. She would just owe him another favor!

She could have just shrugged off the small amount of money that she had lost, and treat it as an expensive lesson for her! However, when she thought of the money in her bank cards and all the gift cards, she still felt distressed! Fortunately, she had deleted the Amazon app on her phone. Otherwise, she would have more worries!

Alicia placed her hands together devoutly and prayed silently!

Frederick turned around and saw her serious look. He shook his head helplessly.

He said, "I'll send it to you in a minute!"

"That fast?" she asked.

When she opened her eyes, Alicia was shocked as she wondered, "It's a weekend night. Can he replace my card so quickly?"

"Don't worry! I will definitely bring it to you before you fall asleep! No one will want your money! Just forget about your worries!" he told her.

"Okay!" Alicia was very happy. Thus, she nodded. Although he had only said a few words to her, she firmly believed in him. She did not know why either.

"Achoo-" she sneezed.

"What's wrong? Did you catch a cold? Why did you come out when your hair is still wet?" Frederick was concerned as he brushed her hair and realized that it was still a little wet. He turned around and went into the bathroom. He then brought a hairdryer out.
