Chapter 119 novel Bearing His Child, Burying My Heart

Her two straight and slender legs were exceptionally eye-catching. Overall, Moira's back was full marks.

Sage resisted the urge to hug her from the back. He thought that it would definitely feel good if he hugged her to his chest.

Moira turned around and washed her hands. She was suddenly startled by the man leaning on the door.

The next second, she became angry, "Can you make a sound? Don't you know that people are scary and will scare people to death?"

"If you died, I'll be responsible for the funeral." Sage teased her with a smile.

Moira almost threw the spatula in her hands at him, "Disappeared."

Sage's smile became even more enchanting. He suddenly thought of something and walked towards her piano. He flipped open the music table on top of her and started playing the piano.

No matter what this man did, he was always outstanding. Even if Sage was unfamiliar with the piano, he was able to quickly recover his senses after a few moments. His piano music gradually became as smooth as flowing water.

In the kitchen, Moira's heart immediately jumped a few times. In such a quiet environment, the sound of the piano that the man was playing, was like a pearl tapping against her heartstrings. The piano was her favorite instrument in the first place, but when she heard Sage's music, she couldn't help but feel a kind of resonance with it.

Moira finished cooking three dishes, turned off the heat, and carried them out of the kitchen. Under the dim light of the window, she saw Sage who dressed in a simple white shirt, with a straight back, as though he was a mountain brimming with energy.

After finishing the last string of notes, Sage turned and looked at the table. The already prepared dinner, he walked over with large strides.

Without the little guy by his side, the atmosphere in the entire room was quiet. There was no sound of voices, but rather something that sounded exceptionally loud.

Moira brought out half of the pot of soup, followed by the rice, and while she was going to put away the gloves, Sage took the chance and scooped up her bowl of rice.

When Moira came out and saw the food placed in front of her table, she was startled for a second, but naturally, she picked up her chopsticks and started eating.

Sage watched her as she ate. He also started to eat, in this quiet atmosphere, there was no awkwardness right at the start, as if the two of them were already husband and wife.

As she ate, Moira felt a little thirsty. She picked up the cup of water on the table that was originally filled to the brim and drank it up, and after she put it down, she naturally picked up the other big palm. Moira turned her head and saw Sage naturally drink all of her water.

"Hey! You... Don't you know how to get your own water?" Moira finally spoke out.

Sage smiled with disapproving. "What? You've already eaten my saliva, so why would you care about that?"

"Who ate your saliva?" Moira retorted with a red face.

"I can't believe you didn't swallow last night's ten minutes kiss ..."

"Stop... Stop, stop talking, I don't want to waste tonight's dinner." Moira quickly stopped him. Could this man not mention this during dinner time?

Sage squinted his eyes and smiled. Looking at her alluring pink face under the light, he felt a sense of accomplishment.

After dinner, Moira cleaned up the dishes, but Sage felt that he had become addicted to playing the piano tonight, so he continued to play. The music was melodious and romantic, turning into spring rain that sprinkled across every corner of the room, and even the kitchen, Moira's heart.

From the piano music, Moira seemed to understand this man even more. Unexpectedly, even though he looked resolute and cold, from the piano music, she could still see his exquisite and gentle side.

However, she had only seen this side of him when he was facing their son.
