Chapter 172 novel Bearing His Child, Burying My Heart

Sage bit his sexy lips and said softly, "Moira, you're not allowed to talk with somebody else tonight, understand? Remember clearly, you are my companion."

As expected, the man wasn't good at chatting. He actually warned her.

Moira rolled her eyes to him as she said, "If you don't feel like needing me tonight, send me home right now. I'm too lazy to go."

Sage's handsome face showed signs of panic, and he quickly changed the topic, "That's not what I meant. Of course I need you."

Moira ignored him and continued to look at the news on her phone. Sage frowned in displeasure. In front of this woman, he feel like he didn't exist at all.

At the time, Moira saw a piece regarding Bertram's new movie's recommendation and promotion. Moira was concerned about it and clicked on it. A Bertram's extremely large face occupied the screen, and when Moira looked carefully below, she saw a piece about his new movie.

Sage looked at the long rank that was in front of him, and retracted his gaze, wanting to see what the woman was looking at with such seriousness. He turned his body slightly, and saw Moira staring at a big picture of Bertram, appreciating it. Suddenly, he was upset and expended his hand to get her phone directly.

"What are you doing!" Moira looked at her phone in shock.

"It seems like you haven't forgotten the man, and you're still paying attention to his new scene." Sage gritted his teeth as he looked at her with cold eyes.

Moira blinked her eyes. She only felt that the man was too childish. She had only seen the entertainment news. What did it have to do with him? She had only been friends with Bertram from the beginning, how could she have missed him?

"Give me my phone." Moira requested.

"Unless you promise me that you won't see any news of him in the future." Sage tyrannically ordered.

Moira did not want to compromise, "What I want to see is my own business. Why should I be under your control?"

Sage threw the phone at her, "Alright! You won't see him in these headlines any more. I've decided to ban him again."

Moira held onto her phone. Hearing that, she became extremely angry, "Sage, you can't do whatever you want based on wealth and power."

Sage squinted, and shot her an evil glance, "You're right. I can use my wealth and power to do whatever I want."

Moira immediately choked, and then realized that she had no reason to argue with the man.

She stuffed the phone into her delicate bag, and directly not looked at it. But the atmosphere in the car had become even more tense. Sage slightly exhaled. Why was it so hard to get along with the woman?

Just then, the tank in front started to move, and it started to become clear as well. The street lights started to light up again, as though it was a feast made out of light. Moira's eyes lit up, and at that moment, a light singing came out from the car. She glances at the man by her side.

Sage's heart was also affected by the atmosphere. He turned his head and stared at the girl beside him, only to discover that her face was gutted by the street lamp and was slightly shining.

He imaged an empty stage, the beauty of her dress and the way she was coming toward him. Only he imagined that her smile was bright and she was full of love for him.
