"The Keatons?" Daniel responded with a question.

Korbin sneered. "So, it was you behind the events in Qranross? You've got guts! But you've messed with the wrong people!"

"Korbin, let me handle this!" Arian Keaton leaped forward like an eagle, charging at Daniel.

Daniel raised his hand, seemingly swatting casually.

Arian's head exploded instantly in midair, and he fell to the ground, lifeless.

Arian was a grandmaster-level expert—someone who had been at the grandmaster level for many years, far stronger than the so-called grandmasters of Qranross.

Korbin's eyes widened in shock, and a chill rose up his spine. He instinctively turned to flee.

"Did I say you could run away?" Daniel's voice rang out from the side.

Korbin's pupils widened in panic. "An… Energy Cultivator?"

Amid Korbin's astonishment, Daniel slapped his back. Korbin immediately felt an overwhelming sense of weakness, as though all his cultivation had been stripped away.

"You... You monster!" He turned his head, glaring at Daniel.

Daniel smirked and stepped on his neck. "What's the connection between Omari and the Keaton family?"

"Do you think I'll tell you?" Korbin gritted his teeth, looking defiant.

Daniel flicked his fingers, sending a burst of energy into Korbin's body.

Korbin immediately began to writhe in pain, even letting out a scream. "I'll talk! I'll talk!"

Daniel glanced coldly at him but didn't stop until Korbin was utterly exhausted. Only then did he retract his energy.

"Omari and the Keaton family have always been close partners. This time, something happened in Qranross, and as a survivor of the Ashcroft family, you must know some key data about the genetic longevity formula project. Our only goal is to obtain that data at any cost."

Jennifer eyed her cautiously. "You look so cheerful this early in the morning. Did you really sleep with the president of Obsidian Group?"

"What are you talking about!" Charlene blushed and quickly pulled her inside.

The two were close friends, and Charlene knew how open their conversations were.

"Charlene, where's Daniel? You said he went out yesterday, but he's not here. Did he really go missing?" Jennifer glanced around the room but didn't see Daniel. Instead, she noticed the whip Charlene had used on him, which had been carelessly discarded nearby.

"Jennifer, is Daniel really just a fool?" Charlene asked cautiously.

Jennifer raised an eyebrow. "What else could he be? After all these years, he has never shown any emotions! He's nothing but a complete fool—a perfectly trained dog of mine.

"Enough talking. Charlene, where exactly is Daniel? He hasn't really gone missing, has he?"

She suddenly felt uneasy. If Daniel was truly gone, how would she vent her frustrations in the future?
