It was Eliot. He called to ask if Emily was sick. Eliot saw the photo in the group chat. He saw Emily's face was a bit pale and that Emily was lying in Vincent's arms. Thus he wondered if Emily was sick.

"No, I was just tired. I was asleep then," Emily explained softly.

"I see. Take care of yourself," Eliot said.

When Eliot was about to hang up, Emily asked him about the company. Then the two chatted for another ten minutes before hanging up.

When Emily put down her phone and turned around, she saw Rex cooking dinner in the kitchen. Emily was glad that they had bought the vacuum-packed food. All they needed to do was heat it up.

When Spencer and Vincent came out of the rooms, they saw a roast goose and other dishes on the table.

"It smells so good," Stephanie went out and said.

Stephanie narrowed her eyes and sniff the aroma at the door.

"Hurry up to wash your face," Spencer said, slightly annoyed. "How can you make the guests wait for you?"

"You guys eat first." Stephanie yawned and said, "I got up quite early this morning and didn't sleep well last night. I'm not quite hungry now."

Emily put a chicken leg into Stephanie's plate and smiled. "Hurry up. If you don't come, I will eat your chicken leg."

"Wait!" Stephanie rushed to the bathroom.

The people all laughed.

Vincent looked a little better, but his lips were still quite pale. Vincent wasn't interested in the sumptuous meal at all. He picked up his spoon and started to eat a bowl of porridge.

Emily knew that Vincent didn't want to eat, so she poured a cup of water and handed it to Vincent.

"Go back to your room to have a rest when we finish the dinner. We can go back home a bit later," Emily said.

Vincent took the water, took a sip, and said, "Don't worry, I'm okay."

Emily and Vincent left in the early evening.

After the car went away, Harold came out from one side of the road. He stood there, staring at the car for a few seconds, and walked back.

Harold didn't refute. He took off his clothes, went into the bathroom, and took a shower. Then he changed into clean clothes and went out.

"Don't go to work tomorrow. Just take a leave." Spencer came out with a thin blade in his hand. "Come into my room after dinner," he ordered.

"Wendy," Harold said with an embarrassed look.

Stephanie was shocked. Spencer used to call Stephanie Wendy when she just returned home. However, Stephanie had got used to being called Stephanie, so when she was called Wendy, she didn't respond at all. Thus Spencer had no choice but to call her Stephanie, and since then no one had called Stephanie her previous name.

Thus it was the first time after so many years that Stephanie had heard others call her Wendy.

"What's wrong? Don't you like it?" Stephanie regained her composure and asked Harold.

Harold glanced at the swimming trunks in his hand and pushed Stephanie out of the room. "Thank you."

"Remember to try it on." Stephanie reminded Harold. "If it doesn't fit, we can get it changed."

Harold closed the door without expression.

Stephanie touched her nose. Spencer went out of the room and asked, "What's wrong? Did you make him unhappy again?"

"Hey grandpa, what are you talking about? How did I make him unhappy?" Stephanie said in annoyance. "I gave him a present, and he's extremely happy."

"So he drove you out happily," Spencer said mockingly.
