“Yes… you,” Evander replied, “I want to go check on Warrick and I know Piper would be there, so I will apologize to them both.” 

My shoulders slugged, “Right now?” I looked at all the paper works I had on my desk to complete before dusk. I haven’t been able to do much work since this morning. 

Everyone wants to see me today and it all got me occupied. I scratched the back of my head as I pursed my lips. I nodded as an idea struck. 

“Fine,” I grunted. “Let us go.” 

I reached for my phone and dialed Trajan’s number, “Hey, Trajan,” I said as he picked. 

“Yes, Luna,” He replied 

“I will be heading out of the office now… can you come over and check my table? I need you to keep the important work down and take off the less important ones, so I will do them 

tomorrow.” 

“Noted… Luna.”

I ended the call, and got up to my feet. Evander got up and headed out the office. 

“Are you coming along?” I asked Dane.

He raised his head as he ran his eyes over me, “You know I could lock that door and shift your panties, if I wanted to… but the kiss isust a little compensation.” 

I shook my head as I tried to get go to the door. Dane grabbed my arm and used his other hand to slam the door shut as he pressed his back on it and he pulled me up against himself.
