Grace woke up at the first ray of sunlight. Rhett supported his chin, with love shining in his eyes.

Rhett looked at Grace, kissed her lips, and embraced her. “If I’d known the Kaufman family would do this to you, I’d have come with you. They’re horrible people. can’t imagine how much you have been through.”
