Broken And Pregnant novel Chapter 15

My drive is smooth and safe. I arrived at our old house. I park my car and went inside. I locked the main door. I want peace of mind. I'm broken inside and exhausted from everything that's happening in my life. I wanted to end my hardships but how can I? How about his baby, our baby? 

I won't ruin this angel's life because of one sinful night. As my back touches the mattress of my bed, I feel like I was floating above the clouds, so good and comfortable. 

I didn't realize, I fell asleep.

I heard footsteps coming to my room. A loud bang at my door woke me up. Someone is banging at my door. 

"Get out of there! You whore!" I knew that voice. 

I slowly got up from my bed and check who was yelling at me. When I opened the door, a heavy hand landed on my face. 

"How dare you covet my husband?" Eloisa slapped my face. 

My eyes stretch wide opened and sweat covered my face. 

It's a bad dream. I startled when my phone rings. It's Kent calling me. I don't have time for his drama. I want silence. I ignored his incoming calls and went back to sleep again.

Kent POV

I stretch my arms to feel Lucy beside me but she's already gone. I quickly got up from my bed and I saw a missed call on my phone. It's my wife Eloisa. I forgot to tell her that I'll be home late. Dad pissed me so I walked out of our mansion. 

"Lucy? Where are you?" I looked for her inside the whole villa but she's not around.

I tried to call her but she's not answering me. 

Just when I realized that my phone wasn't in my pocket anymore. She touches my phone. 

She went inside so I stepped out of my car to tailed her. She went to visit an ob gynecologist. My curiosity is getting stronger. She went inside and I quickly walked near the door. I gently push the door to open a little so that I can hear their conversation. 

"Miss Mason, have a sit!" The doctor told her. 

I am eager to know what is happening to Lucy. 

"I know it's hard for you to accept this since you're working but you are four weeks pregnant!" An OB doctor said and I felt like how did it happen. 

Lucy is pregnant and I am the father. I told her to be careful but why I'm hearing this thing right now. What if Eloisa knows this? How can I handle her? 

"Are you sure? But ma'am I need a job! I want to get rid of this one! I can't!" I saw her crying. I decided to go and wait for her outside. 

Lucy Pov

"Miss Mason, your pregnancy is very sensitive! It's up to you but it's an angel sent from heaven, if I were you, I will continue having the baby!" Dr. Pege told me.
