Kandy's POV

I had a wild night last night no I didn't go out and drink, no my mother and I stayed up all night celebrating that I might get the job even though I haven't been on the interview as yet she had faith that I was going to get it so she brought tons of soda, candy, ice cream, and pizza. I told her how I had the interview for ten in the morning and she still insisted we stayed up late and celebrate. I think she is We watched movies all night and boy when I tell you we didn't get to bed till 3 am that's when we went. RING! RING! I groan at my phone ring uncontrollable that it was becoming so annoying. I had my face in the pillow reaching for my phone to answer it.

'Hello."I answered tiredly. Don't these people know not to call me when I'm sleeping, that's one thing I do like and that's my sleep.

"Hello, Miss Taylor this is Mrs.Miller I'm calling you to tell you that your interview is still for ten and its 9:15 am."

"OMG thank you I'm on my way." I rushed out the bed dropping on the floor in the process, how could I have overslept I mentally slapped myself for not going to bed on time as always and listening to my mother about staying up till 3 am to celebrate mind I do love my mother thought she's my whole world and I would do anything for her.

I ran to the bathroom, quickly showering and changing into a fitted black dress with high heels. Leaving my room I kissed my mother on the cheek with her screaming good luck after me running out the door, before leaving in her car while my own was at the shop. This traffic on the was hectic on the road and I kept checking my watch trying to go through so many short cuts as possible. After what felt like hours trying to get to this office I pulled up to this two-story cream and yellow building that was so big that I can't believe someone owning this was so impossible.

Stepping one foot out the car I headed inside when I noticed the secretary sitting down I smiled and walked up to her while the lady on the side of her look me up and down and smirk. Did I smell weird? Did I have on the wrong outfit for the office attire? But my thoughts were cut off when the secretary gives me a lovely smile and speaking to me.

"Well right this way Miss Taylor you look lovely." I blushed, she thought I looked good and all this time I thought I looked bad. Now all I have to get past this interview and try to get the job cause I'm desperate.

"Thank you." She walked out from behind her desk and walked over to me shaking my hand and telling me to follow her. I followed her in foot behind foot nervously as she knocked on the door waiting to hear come in.

"Come in," I heard this deep voice which made me shiver the secretary smiled like me and open the door wide enough to let me in but what I didn't expect was the man that made me have to go look for a job because my mother is stressing for debt.

"Kandy it's so nice to see Jack's daughter but dang I didn't know were fine too." He smirked
