Kandy"s POV

I had just come off lunch break and I was on the phone with Liam. We were talking for a whole hour bout trying to find a place where we could hang out and chill but I told him that I"m always so busy trying to make money to pay off my father's debt he offered to pay it but I couldn't he barely knew me and he wanted to pay for it I couldn't let that happen so I just told him I will make something work so he could have a little bit of time with me, I've been so busy with cleaning here and checking on my mom while she was still away looking after my grandmother I barely had time for myself which I don't mind once I make this money.

So at the moment, I'm cleaning the house and the living room tidy because Jordan said that he had important business people that were coming here so he could discuss work-related self. I didn't care so I turned him out as always. It was exactly 2:50pm and they would be here any minute so I cleaned up the reminder that I had to do just when the door opened Jordan came in with five groups of men.

"Kandy it that you."I froze upon hearing my name. Looking up to see Liam. I had the confused look in my eyes as Liam was Jordan's accountant. I mean he never mentions where he worked or who he worked for. He walked over to me in a speeding fashion and lifted me, spinning me around hugging me and kissing my cheek. I giggled and hugged him back. Who knew that one night of meeting someone would make you happy to say not all men are dogs.

"Wait, you know her? She's the one you were talking about with the bomb shape." Jordan asked shocked then he looked changed to angry why would he be angry.

"Yes I didn't know she worked for you, I mean she told me she was a maid but I didn't know she was your maid."

"Yes she is my maid. How could you date a low life like her." Jordan said disgust, I could feel the tears ready to spill. while Liam set me down.

"She is not a low life and besides best friend I like her and I will be willing to take her on a date if she accepts." I blushed embarrassed he wanted to go out with me after all that Jordan said, but wait I didn't know that they were best friends and wait I still didn't answer him.

"Yes, I would love to," I said slowly, looking at my feet.

"Okay, be ready tomorrow for eight." He lifted my chin and kissed my cheek.

He then left when Jordan looked at me with his jaw clenched leaving and going into his office while I went back into the kitchen with Matt while he screamed for me saying we had to look for an outfit for me tomorrow before the date. I was happy I liked someone. This would be my first time going out with a guy.

It was 8:00 p.m and Jordan wasn't home yet, Matt had left already but I was still here waiting for he arrives to tell him I was going and that I need tomorrow off before I was too late I didn't get a chance to go to him today because right after the meeting at the house when everyone left he called some cheap whore and he left with her probably to get himself some heads I could care less I just wanted tomorrow off for my date with Liam.
