Victoria glanced at the netizen who had given away more than one million red flowers.

In the evening, Victoria went downstairs.

In the living room, Jack had just returned from the company.

The man raised his chin slightly, reached out, and tore off his tie. From his knuckled fingers to the slightly protruding Dempsey's apple, there was an aura of sensuality.

When he saw Victoria coming downstairs, he raised his eyebrows. "What do you want for dinner?"

Victoria's tone was casual, "Anything will do."

The kitchen would prepare whatever dish caught her fancy.

But in the next second, he saw Jack walking towards the restaurant with slender steps. He naturally picked up his apron and put it on. "Then I'll cook a few dishes."

Victoria's eyes widened slightly, and she was stunned. "Are you cooking?"

Jack replied, "What's the matter?"

Victoria shook her head, walked over curiously, sat down on the high stool, and stared at the man with her clear eyes.

Jack stood before the countertop, his forehead slightly furrowed as he deftly selected green vegetables to wash.

It was strange.

Victoria remembered that when he was a child, he hated activities like cooking.

She vividly remembered using this as a reason to reject a childhood betrothal with him, saying that he couldn't cook and wasn't her type. She wanted a husband who could cook, so she was certain they wouldn't end up together.

Unexpectedly, Jack became so good at cooking.

It's a big change.

As Jack was cooking the soup, he saw Victoria staring at him, her dark and bright round eyes fixated like a curious kitten.

He raised his eyebrows slightly, scooped a spoonful of soup, let it cool a little, and held it to her mouth, "Care to taste it?"

Victoria nodded and reached for the spoon, but he didn't release it. Instead, he fed her the soup directly. "Let's taste it like this."

Victoria was momentarily surprised but realized it was just to taste the flavor, so she sipped directly from his hand.

"Then no more seasonings."

"Alright, the flavor is perfect," Victoria remarked, observing that what he had earlier dismissed as 'a few dishes' was far from casual.

Coincidentally, all the dishes were to her liking.

The food was brought to the table.

The corner of the man's mouth curled up into a shallow arc, and he smiled lazily, "I want to use this meal to congratulate Victoria on winning first place in the semi-finals."

Victoria was shocked when she heard this.

This guy was definitely teasing her with the reason she had used to reject a childhood betrothal.

Before going to bed at night, there was a knock on Victoria's door.

She went over to open the door and saw Jack standing outside the door.

The man looked like he had just showered, with his hair still damp and disheveled, framing his forehead. He exuded a refreshing and pleasant fragrance, embodying a casual nonchalance.

"It's so late, what's the matter?" Victoria asked.

"I came to get something," he said. "There's a document here that I need to use."

Victoria replied with a soft "oh" and allowed him to enter.

She remembered that his grandfather had assigned her to Jack's room, while Jack currently slept in the guest room.

Since he hadn't moved all of his belongings, the bedroom still contained many of his possessions.

Victoria was embarrassed she occupied his room. He watched the man bend over to organize the documents. She cleared her throat, "Why don't you move back to the master bedroom and sleep here?"

When Jack heard this, he paused and looked back at her. There was a dark light in the bottom of his eyes.

She told him to move back and sleep with her?
